I stayed at this hotel just one night. The staff were not very friendly and did not speak much English. I arrived late at night in the rain so the hotel quoted me a price way more expensive than that advertised online. The location of the hotel is fairly good as it is relatively close to the beach, but not close to anything else. You really need to hire a scooter if you stay here. The room was pretty grim and there were ants crawling on the bed. The hotel does not look like the pictures online. So disappointed with the hotel considering its good reviews on other websites I decided to leave danang the following day instead of staying three days as I had planned.  

Not great..

This place have a great location to the beach but surrounding noise due to the next aparment is under construction. The female employee staff is friendly. Hot/cold showers is not good in my family room.
When i checkout the room, there is a English couple request a fee redeem from hotel because of noisy, make them not sleep well.

Positives: very clean, great location (2 mins from beach), friendly staff, TV with English channels, free bottled water, housekeeping, tea and coffee making facilities, hot showers 

Negatives: building works started at 7am, drilling/banging/hammering/sawing on walls next to our heads - extremely noisy!!!
