I am in Lacasa. Very nice room, wooden floor, wc, private room with bathtub. Every morning there are many dishes. Super friendly and enthusiastic house. The location is very close to the famous tourist areas in the city. will definitely come back and introduce friends

Check out procedures quickly, many branches near the center. Friendly homestay staff, open talk, suggestive tourist attractions. Early booking will have a lot of room options, clean rooms, attentive staff interested in the feel of the customer. Rooms are designed in a modern trendy style

I booked Galaxy Room 2 months prior the departure day and this trip is my SPECIAL GIFT for my friend, and I had mention it for them. However, the room was not like the type they confirmed for me, was really BAD and UNTIDY arrangement. The bedsheets and blanket cover were wrinkled, dirty, really messed up, no slippers for us. Disappointed!

BAD ARRANGEMENT. WON’T COME BACK AGAIN.

Came here quite late at night, they welcomed us by nothing. 
We checked in cause we thought that we were both too tired. But there was no air conditioning, our fault that we didn't ask before coming. 
Asking for hot water in bathrooms but it looked like not work well cause it would be too hot or too cold unpredictable.
It had fungus in the bathroom, I can't believe that. It's not that boutique, it's dirty and old.
We booked to stay there 4 days and 3 nights. But they didn't clean or change new tower, water,... in our room at the first day. I asked receptionist, and her answer was because we took the key. I told her why didn't you ask me to leave the key and she answered me impolitely that Whether I wanted my room be clean, I had to say her. 
Well, our door was old and not tight. It's very hard to open or lock it. 
The only thing that I like this homestay is near the night market. 
That's all, no friendly staff, terrible service that I had ever in my life, dirty room, unchanged bedspread,...


Just terrible 

We have been travelling SE Asia for 2 months and this is by far the worst experience we've had. We got there and was told they are fully booked, until eventually they found our booking. We were taken to a room that we hadn't booked and looked nothing like the photos. We were told it's this room or leave and pay in full. Staff were rude and uninterested. The room was full of mould and damp, the air conditioning was an extremely dusty fan, we were also joined by a colony of ants and a few cockroaches. Oh and dont forget the 100's of mosquitoes. Very unclean! The bathroom was also full of someone else's hair. Very overpriced. To top it all off, the beds might as well have been a slab of concrete they were that hard. Do not stay here.

We have travelled SEA for 2 months and this is the worst experience with accomodation we have had so far ! Check in wasn't good, they struggled to find our booking and kept repeating to us 'no room'. When eventually led to our room, it wasn't what we originally booked, it certainly didn't look like the photo's on booking.com. When I approached the staff they didn't give us an alternative, it was either stay in that room or leave paying the full amount. Booking.com states it has aircon, it doesn't, we were given a dusty fan instead. Due to no aircon the walls were mouldy, the bedding and room felt damp and the windows were constantly full of condensation! Throughout our stay I struggled a lot with my asthma due to these issues, and it impacted my chest and health during our stay. We had ants all up the walls and on the bed, we were also joined by cockroaches! Breakfast was very poor also! After travelling asia for a little while now, and staying in lots of places we are very disappointed, and for the price we paid we expected a hell of a lot more.

Worst stay in South East Asia

   One of stupid policy i've heard "hotel doesn't keep motobike rent by guest". No dom room, just a small space behind the stair. My neighbour is a group of girls and they're noisy like a night market. It's over 11:00pm and they're still playing cards with the hotel owner and turn the music on loudly. So bothering!!!
   The price is not cheap with these kinds of properties. The only one advantage is near the market.

Terrible. Never come back

Phoned owner 10 minutes before arriving and he said phone me when you get there so I can let you in.  Phoned on arrival and told him. Waited 10 minutes in the pouring rain trying to phone him numerous times but got no response.  In the end had to forgo our deposit, take a taxi back to the city and find another hotel.  Definitely do not book this accommodation.
