Very much loved this hotel for the price, it was clean and everyone was so nice and friendly and were able to watch our bags while we went to cat ba. Very walkable and right by night market. It is down a little alley way so look for the sign on the street. It was quiet even though it was so central. Free coffee in lobby, AC worked very very well

Its a small room on an alley but its so clean aimee the staff was so nice . She talks english too. Shes so approachable breakfast is goodtoo.. Will stay at this hotel again

It's cheap but one of the most valued hotels we stayed at. They are clean and nice. Breakfeast good. Best part is the lovely receptionist who helped us with everything, helped everybody to get their best stay. We also forgot our passport in Sapa and they fixed the whole thing to get it there in 1 and a  half day. Would definetly live here again, nearby to most of it aswell.

Best staff ever and good value rooms

Is difficult to find this hotel because the entrance is quite hidden, but overall the price is super affordable. The hotel is clean very well located, you can walk petty much to every tourist attraction. Lots of food options around, to choose from. If you are looking for affordability and convenience this is your place.

We enjoyed our stay but had to leave as flights was cancelled and had to change to early flight

Overall experience is very satisfactory. Staff was very attentive to our needs. Daily make up of our room. Breakfast was ok. Location was very convenient to night market and restaurant. The entrance to the hotel though is a small alley, the only down side of it. But ok in general.

Good service provided by staff but room and facilites are very basic.

The hotel is not directly facing the street. It needs to pass a small corridor before getting in but we felt safe during our stay. The hotel worth the price offering us nice bedroom with comfy queen beds and clean bathroom.The staff are also very accommodating. If you are finding local tours, suggesting to compare more.

So confused who could have given this hotel the good reviews. Was definitely my least favourite stay on my 2 month southeast asia trip. Firstly I walk in and the room had ants crawling all over, the safe and minibar both didn’t work (which is quite important when you’re somewhere so hot and can’t even keep cold water in your room).The hotel is at the end of this awful sketchy alley, which smells so bad. You’ll be leaving the hotel at 8 am for a tour and people are chopping raw chicken on the floor and you have to jump over them. If you’d like to come back any time after midnight, you have to wake up this guy who sleeps on the lobby floor, which you feel so bad to do… so weird they cannot give you a key like any other hotel i’ve been to. Also they lock the whole alley, so you have to call him outside the alley and wait for him to come there? Does not feel safe at all, as a solo traveler what would i do if my phone was stolen/dead, or if i was followed home or just needed to get in urgently late at night?Also cause of this weird alley thing, you cannot wait for any of your tours or cabs at the lobby, you have to walk to the street with your stuff and wait in the middle of the road.
