Excellent service, you will be served 4 beers and condoms, plus a snack!!! If I recommend it, they are remodeling the rooms, it will be one of the best in Caracas, 100% recommended.

It seems to me that the concept of the Aladdin moves away from what is a GOOD SERVICE, on Wednesday I decided to give a surprise to my partner and was surprised that it was a mystery to attend to and so much that they demanded for the reservation upon arrival in the room.

A pathetic experience.

I had previously gone with my husband on this occasion and after a long time we went again, but we came across the following: They didn't have a restaurant when we asked why they already had time without that service, problems with the elevator, imagine going up to the 6th floor where I booked one of the most expensive rooms and in detail there were no towels in the room, there were electric bayons, the bed smelled like an alcoholic beverage, I don't recommend it very expensive for the conditions in which it is located, zero security.

Poor service, quite deteriorated and no restaurant account.

The hotel has no restaurant no mineral water in my case no mini bar the fridge serves and there was no way to get really pathetic ice pay x 8 hours and I couldn't stay more than 4 hours the towels were not in the room to call for q we'll only have two medium towels minimum they should have 4 towels two to the jacuzzi and two to the bathroom but nothing! to call for a few second towels at least we wore the old curtained underwear and a mini jabón rotation no remote control! put the genius to fulfill a desire to really improve everything and never come back!

The worst of it!!!!!!!

The room is spacious, comfortable and comfortable, the decoration is beautiful and invites relaxation, the dome under the stars is a real experience, it can improve customer service a little and be faster.

This themed hotel has this suite that although expensive, it is worth it, the cup-shaped jacuzzi allows you to have a magnificent view of the starry sky and in contrast to the colors of the domes (that when they lit them brightly).... good room, however, could further improve the quality for those of us who are very demanding.
