I've contacted Casa los Jazmines for a gift to my parents. They reached out quite promtly, and I had the opportunity to be in touch directly with the managers. They took care of every detail they offered: drinks, comfort, flowers, food. It was a super personalized service which reflected on a perfect stayed and gift. I am abroad and the communication was always more than efficient, fluent and accurate, by phone or email, everything was taking cared of. I wanted my parents to be pampered, spoiled and relaxed, and that's exactly what they got. Thank you very much Leda and team! <3

Awesome Service

I had such a relaxing time at Jazmines... I truly felt at peace for the week we were there.
The house has all the amenities you will need. You get a beautiful room with it's own complete bathroom, very comfortable bed, AC (needed in the months of December/January) and anything I asked for was quickly taken care of.
We spent some time at the pool, hanging out under the fruit trees on the hammocks, or just walking around being one with nature.
The town of Colonia is also very peaceful, we enjoyed walking the pebble stone streets and watching the most amazing sunsets on the Plate River.
It was a unique experience that I would love to do again soon.

Beautiful home for a very relaxing stay

After spending nearly a week in Buenos Aires it was a true retreat for our group of ten close friends to hop the ferry and stay at the magnificent Casa Los Jazmines.  Over the years our group has traveled the globe together and this home stands out as one of the best we have been fortunate enough to stay in. From the moment you turn the corner on the country dirt road, one can see why this site was chosen for both its privacy and beauty. The owners and staff thought of every detail from in house massage therapy (we did it everyday!), home cooked breakfast (thanks Helen/Alba!) and the in ground pool. We kicked off our stay with a traditional Uruguayan BBQ prepared by Felipe (local restaurateur) and team. It was such a memorable experience unlike anything you can find in the States or Europe.  Each bedroom provides beautiful views of the countryside as well as private bathrooms.  The home even comes with a large dome, which we used for morning workout sessions as well as mediation. We ended our stay with an excursion north to the city of Carmelo.  The owners arranged for a van, lunch and a private tour of Familia Irurtia by one of the owners which had some of the best red wines I had every tasted. The city of Colonia del Sacramento was only a short twenty-minute drive from the home. Thank you Casa Los Jazmines for such an incredible stay in South America. Salud!

Magnificent Home Moments from a UNESCO World Heritage City

This boutique hotel is almost out of a fairy-tale with its lovely garden, tranquil pool, cute pets and magical atmosphere. Sebastian and his wife owns this place and they were very helpful throughout our stay. There are 6 rooms in this boutique hotel, but we lucked out and there was no one else other than us during our stay. Sebastian made sure we had a bottle of champagne for our anniversary and told us to feel at home when he left. We did feel at home and we would love to go back to this amazing find in the middle of South America... this hotel is great for couples, for families or even for a solo traveller. Highly recommended. Thanks Sebastian for an amazing stay! Oh and my husband wants me to mention his morning runs with the dogs and how much he loved the place.

Must-stay... Not enough words for this place

Perfection.  Don't hesitate to stay here.  Sabastian and his wife are lovely hosts.  Our picky eater daughter thought her meal here was the best out of all the meals on our trip to Buenos Aires and Colonia.  Trust me, that is a big endorsement!  It was delicious and nourishing.
