Inexpensive! Only good point. Compared to others in the Dells. Worth what we payed.

Don’t stay

The star is only to review. I didn’t want to post this as I used to like this place, but since the front desk woman LIED about refunding my stay and refused to release it to Priceline it’s only fair. First off the woman at the desk was definitely on something. Got checked into room 17 above the office and the room was disgusting, pubic hair in the sink and fridge, another guests BATH SPONGE still in the shower, and no knobs on the air conditioner. Expressed concerns to the front desk which took 10 min to answer because they were all upstairs in the room next to ours and the woman smirkingly tells us she’s going to tell off the man SHE HAD stay in the room before us, brings him in BAREFOOT to collect his sponge, and then laughs when she can’t get the air conditioner working WITH NO KNOBS. I didn’t have another $160 to stay somewhere else so I asked to switch rooms and she said there weren’t any and then SHE OFFERED A REFUND because I was taking it so smoothly. We accepted and parted on good terms and I was an IDIOT not to get her name but days later no refund called Priceline they tried to call the hotel WHICH DODGED THEIR CALLS and mine I called TWICE and left messages for callback and they refused to refund. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS PRACTICE IS THIS TRY GETTING PROFESSIONALS AT YOUR DESK INSTEAD OF UNRELIABLE LYING EMPLOYEES I didn’t even ask for a refund and you refuse it? Don’t stay here simple as that they’ll scam you for every penny

they need to update rooms! and carpet is Nasty terrible smells in the room beds are very uncomfortable! & hard!!  if they update this place it will be awesome!! only good thing it’s on the strip! they really needs to get someone to run this motel because it’s not up to part!! at all it’s a slum place

I didnt like the fact one of my rooms was sold, by Expedia. I reserved 2 rooms, but only one was reserved at check in. Thankfully the manager at this motel, was able to juggle things and got us the 2nd room

Haven’t stayed here in a couple years ! It had always bean cheap and clean ! Now it’s just cheap !

Nasty

No outlets by the beds, only one light worked, stained towels. Plus side it quiet and near all the downtown fun

3 Star

This property had newer hard surface floors and additional recent renovations. Across the street from the River Walk and adjacent to the main drag of WI Dells. Great shower and ac and the staff member provided new towels. This was a fortunate choice for a budget motel in downtown Dells. Great location and rate. Newly painted. Need to clean under the beds and fix the hair dryer.
