No one was at the office when I arrived despite being told someone would be there until 2 am. After waiting 20-30 minutes, someone finally arrived. There payment machine is finicky about what credit cards it accepts for the deposit. This is the only place I've had issues with my card. They had to text me a payment link which comes off as incredibly suspect. I've never seen this before. Evidently you need a parking pass for your car, but they didn't have any at the front desk. The manager said, "they don't usually mess with you if you don't have one". That gave me a lot of comfort /s. I get to my room and there's some shady characters hanging around the property that gave me an uneasy feeling. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Never again

Unfortunately this hotel is awful. I booked this because it has a pool, the clerk said its under repair but its a green swamp which hasn't been operable in a long time with no repairs happening. The room is filthy and disgusting. Drips on furniture and floors, sink and tub has literal dirt which could easily be scrubbed, mirrors smeared and dirty, dirt built up in corners, room not swept. Elevator broke, old a/c units layed in all the halls, a tall old moldy dresser in the breezeway, the breezeway is filty with dirt gathered and huge mud dobber nests and spiders gathered in all the corners. The fixtures and spotted with hard water build up, the mini fridge leaked a huge water puddle. When we walked in the a/c wasnt on, its June in Florida so it was unbearably hot, we put it on a had to leave to sit in a restaurant until it cooled. Awful experience all around.

Filthy and no pool

Worst place to stay, horrible front office staff if you can even call them that, our room was dirty with bugs in the bathroom, didn’t know which room they where going to put us in because they weren’t cleaned because they didn’t have housekeeping that day, took almost 20min to find a room to put is in, check out was horrible no one at front office can’t even call it an office the front desk is in a room, had to call a number to check out but couldn’t talk to anyone had to track down someone that was working there to hand key in. They ask for a 100 deposit, first said I would get back in 3-5 business days. After 3 days, still no refund on my deposit. I called and the guy who answered was so rude. Told me 7-10 business days to get my refund back and hung up on me. Will NEVER STAY AGAIN.

Room was not clean. First room dead bolt did not work, second room screw on lock strike plate came loose and we could not get in our room. Took over 45 min. For someone on site to get us in. Maintenance came later and said he was new to property and everything was done or repaired haphazardly. Our door was missing the flip over door lock. Found bar of soap on top of shower first night. No one consistently in office because they had multiple other jobs they had to do. We killed multiple cockroaches over our few day stay. There were large gaps under the doors and spaces in the door frame where anything could get in. No house keeping. Had to go to the office to exchange linen. No water pressure and only warm not hot water. At check in the reception person was new and didn’t know how to use the system. Found out when we checked out that we were in one room but assigned in the system to another. If we had not discovered that we would have not gotten our $100.00 deposit back. They also bill themselves as extended stay but no cooking facility except microwave. One sink for all. No pots, pans, dishes, utensils etc. Told need to supply own linen, pillows, towels, blankets. Appears to have been an old Howard Johnson’s motel. Did have a laundry and pool but we didn’t use. Lots of kids living there and some sketchy looking and acting people.

Don’t stay here..

I did not like their service in regards to what I was being charged versus to what they claimed initially! I was charged over the amount for not even sleeping overnight!!! I was informed about a family unexpected situation the very first day to where I had to be picked up in the evening that same day and they did not refund me. I will never go there again!!!! I will refer absolutely nobody there!!! This was my worst stay ever and I have been to hundreds of different locations and this was horrible!!!!! Without a doubt I seriously advise you to not do it!

Our room completely updated and one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in.

Worth the money!

Service was very friendly and helpful. Our door didn’t lock so we can to rely on the hinge stop, but other than that stay was perfect

I never was able to get a room key so I never stayed at the motel. Nobody was there to help me and I had to sleep in my car
