What was good

Close to where we needed to be Staff friendly at the front desk

What was bad

Asked the front desk for help getting the TV to work and they said they would send someone but did not. We didn't get to enjoy the use of the tv. We were up all night with the safe's low battery beeping every hour on the hour and waking us up. We had miserable sleep the last night.
