I just happened upon the Motel on my trip from San Diego. I must say the rooms were very nice, marble counters, brand new floors, beautiful bathroom. 

They must have recently spent a fortune on this property. I always make it a point when I find a nice hotel like this to write them a good review. 

The room was spotless from a cleanliness standpoint and the owners or managers were very very friendly and very helpful.

I've stayed in Comfort Inns Days Inns and Best Westerns did did not compare to this property. I would highly recommend you try this out if you're passing through that area and need a hotel.

Brand New Motel

So, as you come upon this quiet and unassuming little place off the side of the freeway, it isn't your first choice, but is there. You ring the bell inside the lobby and wait... The responding attendant is feigning friendliness, you ask for accommodations in a first floor room. She obliges. However, you ask if the air is working, "of course", she says. You ask dies the ice machine work, she says, "yes". Okay.... 

My room was 106.... Filthy, nasty, dirty, poor lighting, raggedy television, holes in the ceiling of the bathroom, peeling paint in the shower, rat poop... I don't know if ever this room has seen a vacuum cleaner nor dust buster... I mean the room says no smoking but the air was thick of the smell of old smoke and mildew, a broken hair dryer lay dormant on a shelf and the walls were splattered with all kinds of liquids... Nasty. 

Oh, and that ice machine... It's gonna cost you $.50... Bring your own bucket please.

I ended up having to run to Wal-Mart and purchase cleaning supplies before I could even sit down in there, I washed everything, every wall, the door, the bathroom, the sink area... Everything. When I asked that rude attendant for a new set of towels she told me she had no more clean ones... She was such a liar. So I left her dirty towel on the counter for her, told her I sure didn't want it... She was appalled... And so was I, a paying customer having to clean my own room...really? Where do they do that? 

Avoid this place at all costs... As a matter of fact, don't cheat yourself, go treat yourself- at a different establishment. 

The air conditioner worked, but the carpet was soaking wet because the unit had no drain.... We dared not ask for another towel... All bad

At check out, there was a man here... I told him about that rude attendant from last night, he wanted me to show him what I was referring to, so I did. He apologized and listened, but I really wanted a portion of my money back. He kept offering a discount on the next stay... I laughed at the joke as I got in my car and drove away, a next visit... Heck no! Not ever.

The price isn't worth the hassle...

This place has the worst management i have ever delt with. The towels are dirty they dont wash the sheets the place is infected with roaches the rooms smell like fungi. Its a sad experience to vistis such a dirty place just like the man in the front desk.
