Club Lespri made my girlfriends 50th Birthday Celebration Amazing!!  They helped us immediately as soon as we walked thru the front door and helped us to our rooms with all of our extra bags for celebrating. The rooms were clean, great size and comfortable.  Location is really good.  Lots of great Park City restaurants nearby and a 711 for some of those forgotten items that we all know we forget.  Main Street is a quick Uber ride away.  We are locals and can pick several other places to stay, but Club Lespri is our choice! :). We’ll be back- Thx Club Lespri!

50th Birthday Celebration

I've been going to the Lespri restaurant for a couple years now and my experiences have been nothing short of spectacular every time. Easily my favorite sushi spot in the Park City area, but a short drive from downtown Salt Lake City is very much worth it. The food never disappoints and seems more fresh than most restaurants I've been. Staff is very friendly, conscious to make sure that you're happy with your experience. Don't forget to leave room for some beignets, they are a must-try!

Best sushi in Park City, hands down

I consider the restaurant and bar one of the best kept secrets in all of Park City.  The sushi and main menu are great.  The bar is one of my favorite drinking rooms in all of PC; quiet, classy, and old school.  It's got the that cool boutique feel from the rooms to the restaurant.  Located really conveniently for skiing and Old Town.  Highly recommended.

Lespri Hotel Park City, UT

Our group recently rented a house in Park City for MLK weekend and it was very disappointing.  This was our 23rd year and our first disappointment with lodging. Be sure you get access to the house as soon as possible to verify all appliances work properly and that it is clean.  The furniture is very worn and rickety. Linens and comforters were worn and there was an inadequate supply of towels.  The washer was mildewed and left the laundry smelling musty.  The appliances appeared to be the originals from 1980's and the ice maker did not work.  Multiple bulbs were blown and no lamps were present for the living room until it was pointed out to the property manager.  There is a step in the entry that is clearly out of code being at least 4 inches longer that every other step. Fortunately we had only one fall during our stay with no injuries.  The shower control in the master bath was stripped and the replacement was installed backwards which will undoubtedly lead to scalding of future rentals.  Last but certainly not least, upon arrival the driveway and outdoor stairs to the front door were covered in snow and ice even though we had been assured that "it was taken care of" prior to our check in.  The bottom line is we spent our first day dealing with these problems and the remainder of the week trying to ignore what clearly could not be fixed.  Lespri needs to do a better job of inspecting its properties and weeding out those that owners will not or cannot maintain.

Disappointing accommodations and poor service

This company is terrible.  Not responsive and dishonest. They are not honest about fees.  Do not hire them to manage your property or rent from them. if you look through the reviews most of the positive ones are about their restaurant which brings the rating up.  The reviews on their property management alone would probably give them 1 star or maybe 2.  Most reviews about the property management are critical of their hidden charges and financial dishonesty.  BEWARE

Terrible experience

Upon check in, I immediately noticed the hole in the dining room ceiling.  In retrospect, that should’ve been the first sign of trouble. The home needed a detail cleaning.  After dinner the kitchen sink wouldn’t drain and the disposal didn’t work. I opened the cabinet door only to have it fall off in my hand. I called Tim the Lespri property manager to inform of the defective issues.  He responded that he was aware of the issues and would send someone over to check on them. The following morning, my oldest son inform me that there was no heat on the first floor.  I made a second call to Tim to inform him of that issue as well as the slow draining shower in the Master Bath.  Tim’s response was that there were two space heaters in the home to cure that the defect and someone would check on the draining problem. After returning from a day of skiing, we searched the house for space heaters to no avail.  I called Tim again only having to call go to a voice message.  I informed him of the situation and insisted that heaters be provided. After four nights, one space heater was finally provided.
Sunday morning around 8AM water began to leak from the hole in the ceiling and the main beam in the dining room. I called Tim and reported the leak. He asked that we place pans to catch the water and he would send a plumber ASAP.  At 3 PM, with no sign of the plumber, I called Tim who informed me that no plumbers worked on Sunday in Park City and we would have to wait until Monday.  I stated that was unacceptable and needed to speak to his supervisor. Unable to get that information from Tim, I called the booking agency. Tim in the meantime, miraculously found a plumber who is able to rectify those problems.
I have called Lespri management on three occasions requesting an adjustment for the less than satisfactory property and totally unprofessional service.  A complete waste of time and effort.
