Can't say a bad word about this rental. These units are clean and roomy. You could not have a better location for walking to shops and dining. We stayed here three nights and really wished it could have been a week. Our first time to Moab was a wonderful experience, thanks in part to the perfect accommodations  we were lucky enough to find.

Got Lucky With This Find!

This was a great place to stay for three nights. There were four of us (two couples) and the two bedroom-two bath arrangement worked out well as did the fully-equipped and clean kitchen plus laundry closet. Couldn't have been more convenient (located right downtown).  Good value; would stay here again.

Convenient, private, well-equipped condo

Four of us stayed here for three nights and enjoyed it.  The unit was very nice and very clean.  It was great to have individual space after long days of hiking.  Many great places to eat withing walking distance - Love Muffin for breakfast and Spoke n Wheel were favorites.  I would stay here again on a return trip.

NIce place to stay and great location

Absolutely gorgeous two bedroom condos in the heart of Moab, with easy, automatic check in, and fully equipped kitchens an supplies, right down to laundry powder and dishwasher soap. Beautiful decor and super responsive service. Loved our stay here!

Gorgeous condo in central Moab

Planned a quick family trip to Moab after being in Provo the week before. Before we arrived , we had excellent communication from the property owners. 

Arrived and the condo was immaculate. Located literally in the heart of Moab, we were able to walk to dinner and shopping each evening. 

Arches was a few minutes up the road and other attractions close by. 

All the appliances were great and having a washer/dryer after being on the road was a true plus. Three great TVs with more channels than one could ever need plus smart TVs and great wifey kept us well entertained on our down time.

2 nights in Moab

On our trip to the mighty five this was our first stop.Loved the place it is exactly as they have shown on the web site.Walking distance from all the shops and restaurants.Josh is very helpful and friendly,thanks for making our stay wonderful

Great location clean and spacious

We'd been winter road  tripping. With a teenager. We were all ready for some space and Robbers' Roost was the perfect place to base ourselves to explore Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The apartment (Portal) was large, airy (but warm), comfortable, quiet, spacious and incredibly well set up. The kitchen was a dream in holiday apartment terms. Great stove, fridge and everything you needed to actually use a kitchen, It was in the middle of town so we could walk to the visitors' centre, shops and restaurants. Quite a few places were closed for the season but most plan to open by mid-February so Moab will be pumping. Even in a quiet time, Moab and those two beautiful parks were well worth a visit, and I would highly recommend Robbers' Roost whenever you decide to go.

Great property in the heart of Moab

We are two couples that go to an annual running event in Moab and meet at Robber's Roost for the weekend.  What we like is that the property is well maintained, clean and has a nice full kitchen with an outdoor grill. 
One of the bedrooms has a king size bed so we have to switch off who gets the larger king room every year; but the queen bedroom has ample space as well.  Location is very convenient to walk two minutes to the main street and has parking for both of us.  
The thing we like the least is that its not pet friendly as we would like to bring our dog but that's just the owner's preference (and I can't blame him as people don't always mind their pets).  
This property consistently meets or exceeds our expectations.  We stay at Robber's Roost every year and enjoy it every time!

We Keep Coming Back

There were 6 of us. We stayed in the Lookout @ Robber's Roost. The facilities were exactly as described, clean,  spacious and very well supplied. There was even laundry detergent. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, two large balconies, a very large comfortable seating area. The location is amazing. It is right in the heart of town. Moab is such a wonderful small town, lots of shopping and restaurant choices within easy walking distance. If you choose the Lookout you will not be disappointed.
