The beds are super uncomfortable. Way too soft. My husband and I both woke up the next day with back pain.

The rooms were very clean. The lobby and hallways weren't as good. the breakfast offerings were meager and some things empty. Staff were nice but I think understaffed. Guests above us were very noisy both nights and lots of sounds came through the ceilings in both rooms.

I don’t ask much of a hotel room. Clean bedding and surfaces. It was mostly clean, but the carpet was yuck. At least vacuum. Maybe lift the microwave and wipe under it. Plenty of “new Americans hanging out, maybe offer a job vacuuming?

Just Clean!

We were looking for a hotel that was just good enough to sleep in. This was not even that. When we arrived, we were given the key to the wrong room that was already occupied due to a miscommunication error by the staff. I understand accidents happen, but knowing they were so careless with the keys made me uncomfortable the whole stay. We had two rooms. The first room had a large hole in the carpet and staining on the walls. It also didn't have fitted sheets on the bed and we had to go request some. The other room had a damp smell and the window lock was hard to operate because it got stuck.At breakfast, some of our party was fine because we got there right at 6. The rest of our group got there at 6:10 and it was almost all gone. They'd prepared very little for breakfast even though the hotel was sold out. The evening front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was completely booked and she seemed to be doing her best. It didn't seem that the key issue was her fault but rather what had been communicated to her.I haven't stayed in a Travelodge for several years and after this experience I'll never use them again.

Would not recommend, worst hotel experience ever.

The bed only had one sheet, so we had to call the front desk to have the bed made up again.  The floor didn’t loom like it had been completely vacuumed.  The overall appearance of the hotel was that it hadn’t had been cleaned in a while. There was dust visible and opened coffee packets from previous guests were left around the room.  The night desk clerk was friendly and apologized for the room, but our impressions were already made about the hotel.
