The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note this is a privately owned unit. A rental agreement will be sent to you by the property management company and must be returned within 48 hours. Guests must also provide a copy of identification and the credit card used to make the reservation along with the signed agreement. Only the person whose name the reservation is under will be permitted to check-in. Please note that stays of 6 days or more will require 1 mid-stay cleaning.
