What was good

Location, public transportation.

What was bad

The location is awesome that the hotel lies in the South of Miami Beach, pretty close to the seashore. However, in terms of hotel service, they could do better that make a room for luggage storage, saving customers money. Besides, the hotel charges me another 28.5 dollars when check in, including taxes, cleaning and towel fees. This sort of fee is invisible and please make towel fee optional for customers since many times they bring their own towel. WIFI could improve that works normally slow.
