This property was fantastic! Laundry facilities very convenient for a long holiday meaning we could do all our laundry on our stay! Clear instructions for check in and issue with my credit card was fixed up without any hassle from the property. Great location and awesome recommendations left from the host to help us find some restaurants and bars to visit on our stay!

As before we had a great stay. I would recommend Abode to anyone looking to stay in the downtown area.

Very nice accommodations  It was nice to have two full bathrooms and two spaced bedrooms. Very clean and comfortable

My stay overall was excellent! This is my second time staying at this location. Great access to downtown and convention center where my I attended my Convention. On this stay, I had some issues with the poorly upkeep of my unit. I reported it and immediately the issue was looked into and I was relocated by the next day. Thanks to Abode and their attiveness to assuring excellent customer service. I will recommend staying at this location and I would book here again if my travels brings me back to Memphis.

Memphis Abode

My sister and I stayed here 3 nights with our mom who doesn’t get around the best anymore.  It was a little hassle getting into the apartment but we lucked out and got a parking place on the street in front of the building when we arrived. You can pay for the parking via your cell phone.  The code, door and elevator with a timeframe trying to get all the bags in was a struggle but once that part is over it is easy peasy.  There are key cards in the apartment to use for your stay that allow you to just hold your bag (with the key inside) near the pad by the door for opening.  We had 3 bedrooms which was great for everyone to have some space when they needed it but then could gather in the living room or kitchen and be together. We walked to Gus’s chicken which was fantastic and also along the river. Safe area and good location. Also loved that they left a list of recommended restaurants and bars with description- always nice to have a locals perspective. This property is great for groups traveling together.  Could walk many places ( Beale, pyramid, Peabody) if you are a little fit. We felt safe and really enjoyed our stay.

Space with great location

Excellent location, excellent condo/ apartment. Tv remote in main bedroom had no volume control option. Bed in 2nd bedroom was too low to the ground. It was not what was advertised. Overall excellent facility.

Memphis downtown

The only issue was the fire alarm going off at 6:15am and everyone having to evacuate the building! At least it wasn’t 3am!Lovely place, great location. I was in town to visit with my son, a former St.Jude Patient.He and his wife live in Colorado, I live in Louisiana. This location was about 8 blocks, a quick easy jaunt to the hospital! Walking distance to numerous restaurants and Beale Street!

Great downtown location!

Abode is an apartment in a great location.  Quiet for a city locale but short walk to Beale street, trolley cat and water front. The room was spacious. Great for 2 couples with sitting area, dining area, full kitchen with 2 bed 2 bath.  The only negatives were the shades did not block the morning sun and the preregistration was very complicated. The check-in was complicated but very well described in communication

Great stay for 2 couples

Although check in is painful. This property is perfect, clean and definitely worth the price. Would stay again without hesitation
