Motel style. Room was good size for our family of four so that was great. It was high temps during the day, so was tough to cool the room down. By bedtime, everyone was tired and the room cooled off, so easy to fall asleep. Great location to the food, shopping, and the rafting, hiking, biking and park entrance. Would stay again.

Good location for Denali National Park.  The room was large but dated and the entrance and staircase up to the rooms is not very inviting.Due to my mistake I had booked through Hotels.com the wrong dates - realising this before travel Hotels.com were unable to change the dates or get a refund for the nights incorrectly booked.  This was in line with the policy of the hotel but there was no flexibility given by the hotel staff and when we turned up for the night we had correctly booked they would not consider a refund if they managed to rebook the subsequent nights we had incorrectly booked.

Good location

Shower runs cold in about 10 min everyday. When inquired, they informed us they will check but nothing changed. Staff is friendly and responses are timely. But you get the sense they are trying to cut costs as much as they can.Spacious room is the only upside to the place.

First and foremost we didn’t get the room that was described in description. We didn’t get a room with a Mountain View or with a kitchenette etc. we ended up getting a bottom floor basic room with no view, no kitchen and extremely basic. Do not expect anything great with this place. On top of everything else the people up stairs were being extremely noisy at 6:00 in the morning, banging and dragging items across the floor. So not only could we not sleep in, their check-out is at 10:00 in the morning…. I could go on and on about this place. Absolutely terrible experience!!! Will not ever stay here again. Seriously unless there is no where else to sleep do not (try to sleep here).

The staff was top notch. Equivalent to what you expect from the Ritz. Very, friendly, accommodating and wanting to make our stay the absolute best stay ever.

The property was in a great spot and convenient for what we needed. We stayed in a motel room which looked a little tired and could do with an update, especially the pillows.

It was very close to Drnali, and had everything you might need or want to do there. Shopping and food, with multiple of each.

The room was spacious and clean. Towels were very rough. The bed was fine.  The price of room was very high.

Not enough parking at all for all guests, view would have been great but outside window was too dirty to see out of.
