Room was DISGUSTING. Pictures online are probably from a decade ago. I did not expect much, but this was absolutely unacceptable. We could not stay the night due to the room being so poor. We tried to just use the hot tub, but there was a giant dead bug inside, even though the front desk person said it was cleaned that day. It definitely was not! No exterior lighting, so trying to even get to the hot tub was a hazard. The room was so gross, we did not feel comfortable at all. We knew within 10 minutes we just couldn't stay, and dropped the keys at the office shortly after checking in. I called 3 times to ask for my money back, but the manager was away, so I left my information multiple times. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK AT ALL. This place is a ripoff. Do yourself a favor and book a room at the starfish manor if you want a decent room with a hot tub

Complete waste of money. Disgusting and gross

Just what we wanted, a view of the waves with nothing but the window in between. Storm watching heaven. Comfortable room, easy beach access and importantly very dog friendly. Four paws up from our pooches. Close to groceries and restaurants.

Although the weather in Lincoln City was rainy with occasional hail our view from the room was amazing. Felt as though we didn't miss a second of the beach, giant waves, seagulls, and sunsets. The path to the beach is directly south of the inn making it possible to go to the beach and return quickly if the weather turned. 
The kitchenette was stocked appropriately for cooking and cleaning. The staff was so nice and offered us amenities each day. The noise from other guests was minimal. And the bathtub was deep. 
We will definitely return. 

See the ocean all hours, no matter what.

We visit the Seagull Beachfront Inn every January to hibernate in Rm 101 for three nights. It's an annual refresher for us. We love having the hot tub all to ourselves to get in & out at our leisure. The kitchen could definitely use some attention in regards to supplies, As long as you keep that in mind when you book & bring some key utensils &/or pans you think you'll need, it's a good kitchen. The room is big and open. GREAT view with the only thing coming between you and the ocean is your private hot tub!!

Really recommend this hotel beautiful view, clean room and great service. We got an awesome room with jacuzzi and it was so much fun an amazing area and wonderful view of the beach in the morning highly recommend. Will be returning 

Awesome experience  staying at this grand hotel

Seagull Beachfront Hotel is an older hotel on the beach. Driveabke access to the beach is right beside the hotel. The Staff were excellent.  The room was great with a very comfortable bed Nd the view was absolutely perfect! There were seagulls.

This place is absolutely fantastic if you’re seeking to stay right on the beach without the hubbub of resort style accommodations.  The staff are so friendly and hardworking, our room was clean as a whistle!  They are in the midst of renovations so one can expect some things may not be updated as of yet, but this should not be a deterrent to those seeking immediate hassle-free beach access.   Bed  and pillows were very comfortable, in room Keurig and falling asleep to the lullaby of the surf made our stay absolutely wonderful and we will definitely stay again.   If you want something all inclusive and arrogant, go elsewhere.  If you want a great, clean space right on the beach with really kind people, stay at the Seagull Beachfront Inn!  

The Best Ocean Front Stay!

Been coming here for many many years! I've seen changes and improvements good weather and bad. Could I go somewhere else fancier? Yes but I feel at home here my fur baby is always welcome it has spectacular views and the staff is almost like family anymore.  Never been let down 1 time in all the years. I will always be back!!!

Great bed! Fantastic views. Lovely staff.
Very clean. Great sounds through the open windows. 
Bathroom small with inadequate towel bars/hooks.
Needs a lamp and table on window side of the bed. 
Tub surround a bit mildewed and needs replacing
The three flights of stairs were a bit challenging

We will be back

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. We had an awesome weekend staying at the Inn. We rented the villa/cottage and had our own little deck and hot tub. The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The room was not perfect, slightly outdated, but not a big issue. The only real complaint was a water pressure problem, I give them credit for informing us at check-in. Regardless of the water pressure issue, my wife and I would stay here again.
