This is worst place in the world. ROACH infested and totally disgusting. I made a video of the roaches in order to report them. They have a no refund policy for a reason. The owners and managers should be ashamed of themselves.

the entire hotel room is covered in roaches. i saw at check in 5/31/2023 and I asked the front desk office if they could switch rooms they told me that housekeeping have not cleaned up and finish any other room so there was no other room available, and offered to have the room exterminated or we can start the process for a refund. when I came back later on that night, the room was covered in roaches from the ceilings, the food in the fridge and the bed. I’ll called the after hours number and the maintenance man came out and did a quick extermination spray, but told us we had to stay out the room for an additional 30 minutes because the fumes were so strong - which it caused my asthma to flare up and almost gave me an asthma attack which would’ve led to a hospital visit. maintenance told me the wrong room number was put down for the extermination so they had never came out and exterminated my room during the day. I called asking for a refund, but I was told I have to wait till they hear a response and I was refusing the district managers Phone number to complain. I have pictures of all the roaches in the room. i came down in person, 06/01/23 the general manger LeAnn now states there are no refunds ever, she won’t contact the district manager, there is no corporate number to call, and closed the door in my face asking for a printout confirmation i checked out of the room. She refuses to help or assist in any manner.

Full of roaches, stincky sheets full of stains, awful place creepy full of prostitution.
and they robbed me stole my money they claimed that i was there for 4 days but actually i left after half an hour and they didn't make the check out to steal my money from credit card.

I have lived here for four out of the last six months. I actually moved over to Extended Stay America and then moved back. The price point is good, the room is small, but provides you with everything you need. There are no hidden fees, ie having to pay for faster internet, etc., and the general manager is very competent and good at her job. I will be staying here for awhile. Only complaint is you do have some shady people (not many) roaming around the property at times.

I relocated to Houston and needed a place to stay while my housed closed escrow. I stayed in this hotel for a month.
First off the price is very reasonable, alot cheaper than most places. The rooms are very basic, definitely needs a remodel. Everything worked in my room.  It did smell like cigarettes, so I went to the Walmart across the way and got fabreez, which worked and got rid of the smell. The beds are very uncomfortable, my sheets had cigarette burns in them. The Internet is horrible, and the tv does go out whenever it rains. I did experience the fire alarm go off once and,  it's very very loud. I haven't had any bugs crawling from under my door but I did kill one coch roach in my closet. Overall, I wouldn't stay in this place again, nor would I ever recommend it. But at $214 a week, your expectations can't be high.
