Like $132 for a REAL DUMP!!!!  DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! TV did not work but employee told me it was complimentary (she thought this meant it was extra and customers should NOT expect it to function!!!). After five minutes of diddling with it, she got it to work. VERY LIMITED Channels. Old TV,  Fire Alarm hanging from wall, looks like someone pulled it out. Aluminum Rack above refrigerator broken. Light by bed was cheap and did not even have a shade. Microwave does not rotate (probably bought it for $10 at thrift store nearby). When I asked to move to another room, I was told I could not because I had already moved in, cooked some microwave popcorn. But even worse, the woman implied that she could get in trouble if she moved me by the owners!!!!!  I am here as I write this, having no place else to go at this point. Hopefully it remains quiet and I can sleep and get the hell out of this garbage pit tomorrow. I should have read the other reviews but I was pressed for time and had to grab something at 7 pm. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!!! Oh, and they provide one large towel...no mat for the shower inside or out. No hand towels.

The Motel from HELL-DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Besides the rooms being worth half the price if that.. the lady who claims to be the general manager told me I couldn’t reserve a room. Then i go online and reserve a room. So she lied about that. When I called back to let her know I reserved it she said I still need to hurry an get there Because my money is non refundable an that’s when she’s closing up. Came off pretty strange so much so I asked “are you saying that the rooms are still first come first serve though I ordered it online and reserved it?” She said no . I thought to myself well why are you rushing me? So she said that she’s closing at 1030.. then said 11. I was confused by her lack of communication skills I had to ask questions. She was not patient nor kind at all especially once I asked questions being that I’m a paying customer. I asked well why are you telling me two different times? She was saying she does books at 1030. So if business hours close at 11pm you shouldn’t rush the customer by saying 1030 just because you want to be lazy an get off early. Books should be done once you close . Don’t make the customer feel like I need to hurry up or else my money will be taken as a result if I don’t get there because of your selfish lazy agenda. When I got to the register she was rude especially when I asked who the owner was. She wouldn’t tell me. She said she’s the highest up. How can a general manager be the highest up? She also claimed to be the boss. The owner is the only boss, (you know the one that actually put up the money for the place) she didn’t claim ownership when I asked but she claimed to be the boss which is the same thing . She didn’t give me the information she got frustrated from me asking her in a respectful professional way she slammed the pen and paper down for me to sign my signature. She also made it seem as if I was the issue rather than her a bit narcissistic. I told her peace and love she couldn’t even tell me the room number. Such a rude miserable person . I almost feel bad but I don’t simply because how she talked to me knowing that I’m a paying customer . I felt like my money was hostage and I wouldn’t get it back if I wanted to go else where. Why? Because of her demanding I show up at this time or else. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. Worse place I’ve been too hands down. One star because I had to pick something. I’d say 0 if it was up to me

Terrible Customer service

DO NOT STAY HERE 

The woman running the place is nice on the phone and completely different in person 
The rooms were so bad ( after she ran our credit card ) no door on bathroom 
Ac didn’t work 
The woman offered a sheet for a door to the bathroom 
She instantly refused my refund 
So our party bought and paid for two rooms that were never used

We needed a reasonably priced motel to stay in for a family event.  This one was not reasonable!  It was over $100 for one of the worst places we have ever stayed.  The beds were concave, the furniture was broken, the lamp did not work, and the flushing handle on the toilet was missing. The "fix" was duct tape over the projecting piece of metal that should have had the handle on it.  The people in the office were nice enough, but we would never stay there again.

Would not stay here again.  Very dated and in very poor repair.

Warning Will Robertson....Warning....So I submitted a review a week ago but "TRIP ADVISOR" said it was not admitted.  So I am toning it down, please read between the lines of text! I book the room over the net....looked at the reviews and thought" It can't be that bad"....WRONG!  Before I go any farther I must admit that the manager asked me to checkout the room before running my card and see if I was ok with booking the room because once my card was run there would be no canceling of the charge. THIS IS A DANGER SIGN! I have been called an idiot before and since I went ahead and booked the room, I can never argue this point again....I AM AN IDIOT! The room.....once I started to pack my luggage to the room and unload it...was FILTHY...mop strokes from the filthy floor, the door around the inside door knob was stained black, holding unknown germ residue, the shower curtain had mildew of differnt colors. The chair in the room took me to the detective level...WHAT ARE THOSE STAINS?  Decide not to investigate more but as the stay unfolded they went from black to more of a dark patch which I'm thinking was from the saturation of " FABREEZ"  That was doing its best to override the stench of cigarette and other odors that lingered in the room. The sink was plugged, the in room fridge had  material on the shelf and walls but I never opened the door again so I assumed it would stay in the fridge if I didn't bother it again. The towels were worn out and thread bare and of different colors, the one was cloth was of a kitchen variety and a color that was hard to describe...think multi stains from multi different ages.
 Most of the guest seemed to be full time residence, one would think the rent being paid by some sort of division of the state of Ca.
 So do not stay here! Stay in your car, stay under a bridge, stay in a public porta-potty, trust me.
 Run Away from here...as fast as your legs can carry you, drive away fast....if need be crawl on your belly like a reptile.....you'll be glad you did!

Nasty Place to Stay

It has taken me a week to think about writing a review as I liked Nett the manager. However, I have decided to write this as I feel the owners either don't get it or don't care. I've been staying in hotels and motels for decades and this has to be the worst place I have stayed, ever. Period!

First, the pictures for the rooms on this site and other sites are positively not what I found and had to be staged. Here is what my room was like: a quarter size cigarette burn on the bed spread. The window was open with no screen. The mattress  did have flannel sheets,that I love but they were stiff as a board. the matters,was a very very old one. I wouldn't be surprised if it were over two decades old. When I got out of the shower there was dirt all over the floor that wasn't there when I got in the shower.  I assume this came out of the faucet when I turned the shower on and off. Oh boy! 

In addition, the cast of characters at this place was very strange and absolutely out of the ordinary for places I normally stay. There was a very shabby man in his 20s smoking a cigaret on the stairs. Yes, he was a guest. He spent a great deal of time doing this. There was a man and women , same age, who looked completely out of place and staying in a room. You take a guess what was going on. 

I completely was amazed my car wasn't vandalized in the morning and I did not feel safe at this place. That is a strange thing to say as they charge high prices for a motel that is in desperate need of repairs, clean up and have an unsavory clientele and is out of the way.

In the morning, I got out of there as fast as I could. Period. Oh, there was no coffee in the room, which they do tell you but none in the office as promised. 

I would pass and try someone else and if the owners of this horrible horrible place read this, shame on you. Karma will catch up with you horrible people one day if the health department doesn't first.
