It's alright on a budget stayed in a few rooms clean but shower and toilet down the corridor your being watched on camera when you go for a shower not happy about that Norman is a nice fella he's got a strong Geordy accent I think it's Sunderland his from  Nena I couldn't get on with eveytime I approached Norman with a problem he had to ask Nena ??🤔 She was basically telling him what to do I have read the review about the 14 girls on a hen night they was adamant they had payed I had a similar situation with Nena I thought she was greedy one of the reasons I have never been back I can't stand greedy people and Norman get a pair off Bo@#ocks

Lovely friendly family run accommodation within a short walk from torquay sea front. Large rooms decorated very tastefully. Loved being able to use the separate lounge. Lots of books. Breakfast lovely and set us up for the day. Would definitely visit again

Great place

Stayed here for 2 nights. Quite place to stay .are room was big with a double bed and single plus bathroom. The bed was a bit hard for me .room nice and clean. Very friendly owner. Great breakfast full English.,cereal, yogurts, toast,fruit .would definitely stay here again 

Nice place 

We stayed here for 3 nights.  We'd booked a double room & we're given a family room which was spacious & was useful when my husband started snoring as I was able to move into the other bed.  It was a bit dated but clean. 

The location was great.  It was in a quiet road but was only 10 mins walk from the beach with free parking.  The host was friendly & cooked a good English breakfast.  There was also a choice of cereal, yoghurt, fruit & toast & coffee, tea or fruit juice.

It was good value for money at £60 per night.

Great B & B

We stayed here for 5 nights. It was very clean and comfortable and homely. The bed was lovely, in fact everything was! Norman made breakfast (fry up) for my husband every day, and was a congenial host.  

I have an eye problem, which means I’m unable to stay in a room with striped wallpaper. This request was sorted when we booked. 

The venue is near the bus stop we got on the number 12 at torre abbey shops and got off at East street.

The cleanest hotel ever!

Stayed for weekend over march. We were the only ones staying so it was extremely quiet. Ideal location to all Torquay has to offer. Norman is a fabulous host and always  there if needed.
We had a problem with our shower whilst there so had to use external bathroom.
Beds could do with updating as springs popping out and i suffer with my back.

Thanks to Norman me and my family had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and Service is very well maintained we have been very well looked after, very happy and definitely will be back thank you soo much Islam & Family

Best Peaceful Stay

Stayed here for 5 nights and what a lovely quirky place. Exceptionally clean and Norman is a star. He cooks breakfast every morning and it is amazing.
The room was very comfortable and really clean. The dining room is so lovely. Nothing is too much trouble. Family run and everything has a personal touch. 
The cleaner is very friendly and always smiling and does an exceptional job. The room was cleaned every day. Really good value for money. Loved it so much we are going back in a couple of weeks. Thank you Norman for making our stay so comfortable, you do an amazing job

Charming place

I stayed here 3 nights with a friend and happily recommend this B&B for anyone who loves good old English style and comfort that perfectly matches the English Riviera. Norman and his wife make sure you get a tasty full English and are at hands with any requirements you might have. Situated only 15 min from the seafront and very competitive priced, you can't go wrong.
