A comfortable and modern  bed and breakfast run by a very friendly couple, situated in a great location in Torquay. 
The breakfast’s are exceptional. Whether your ordering a full English , an omelette or cheese on toast they are very accommodating to whatever you want. 
The rooms are very comfortable and would highly recommend staying here.

We have been going to Torquay-Devon for the last 10 years. However this was our first time staying in Torquay as a sleepover as we normally stayed in Devon district as our sleepover. We booked a stay in the Patricia for 5 days and im so happy we did. When you arrive you are welcomed by Joe and Lilly who are wonderful hosts to say the least. The rooms and hotel are always clean and bed linen smell like they have just come out of the washing machine....Super fresh. Rooms are a wondereful size and ammenities in the rooms themselves are perfect. But most importantly for me was the breakfast. I enjoyed it so much i had one every day. Joe and lily are wonderful hosts and can't do anymore for you. This will now be our new place to stay when we go back every year.

Wonderful experience at the Patricia hotel

Joe and Lilly really make this booking they are so friendly and accomadating. They will tailor your breakfast from omelette to well done bacon. The rooms are kept so clean and if there even is a little rain there are umbrellas provided for your walks. The hotel even provide additional amenities on the landing such as coffee, milk and toilet roll to help yourself. Nothing is too much for Joe and Lilly they even have an iron and ironing board at hand. The area has everything beach down the road, arcade, bowling, pubs and nightlife there is a bit of everything for everyone all in walking distance. The bus stops right outside the hotel its 12.00 for 5 on the bus for a day pass and 6 each on the train which also passes the hotel. Planning on the cheap there is a kebab shop, bakery and pizza place and your convenience store for beer or snacks.

Amazing stay overall

This has to be the most warmest kindest stay I have ever had the breckfast was beautiful and they flexed off the menu for my child  pancakes Jo and milly are probably the most beautiful people we have ever met as a large family some hosts are over faced but lilly anf Jo took is all in and made us feel like home we will miss you but will defo return and recommend your beautiful b n b to all friends and family thankyou again 

Amazing stay

My partner and I booked a few days in Torquay and come across this little gem what a beautiful property we felt at home Liliya was lovely and helpful breakfast was amazing we definitely be back when we come to Torquay ❤️

The best of the best

Joe & Lilly kindly put us up at The Patricia after our accomodation fell through at the last minute. They were the most wonderful hosts we’ve ever had, so accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay a memorable one. Will definitely return one day and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks so much Joe & Lilly 😃

Fantastic Hosts!

Just returned from a 4 night stay at The Patricia and we were blown away by how amazing it was! Joe and Liliya are the best hosts. They’re friendly, welcoming and were totally committed to making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble!
Our room was spotlessly clean (as was everywhere else!), with everything we could possibly need. There were extra tea/coffee supplies on the landings (perfect for a late or early cuppa), an excellent fan and they had even put a mini fridge in our room. 
Breakfast was fantastic value for money. Freshly cooked, lots of choice and with the added bonus of a daily chat with our hosts, before we went off for the day. 
I simply cannot recommend this little gem of a place enough. Thank you Joe and Liliya, we will definitely be back!!

A Little Gem!

We staying during the hottest weekend of the year and had a wonderful stay.
Joe and Liliya were brilliant hosts even going to source gluten free breakfast items for me.
Nice touch was a bottle if wine left in our room on our anniversary. Would highly recommend this B&B. 10/10
