Friendly and helpful food wad great and the restaurant was clean . If they didn’t have something you wanted they were happy to try to get it for you . I will definitely go back again . A great little journey break between Devon and the north of England

Really lovely size room, clean and fresh. Quiet location and a great nights sleep. Room included a bath which is important after a long journey. There is a pub nextdoor for meals and drinks. Hairdryer in the room included also, along with tea and coffee making facilities.

We stayed for one nighton16th January and found reception person was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and ready, comfortable bed.
We had a lovely meal in the restaurant, the staff were lovely but had a long wait for our food, but nice when we got it.
The staff  at breakfast were lovely, great variety of food.  Thankyou to Jayne, Libby and Jake for your friendly service.  We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast.

Comfortable stay. Jayne Natalie and Kim very helpful, professional and great with kids at breakfast. Will stay again. Room warm clean and welcoming. Would recomend to a friend.The food was very nice and good Quality and a good sized portion

Lovely room, quite adequate for a short stay. Staff we dealt with were friendly and efficient. At breakfast, our host Jayne was lovely.  Checked if we were happy with everything, did we need anything. Organised vegetarian items for us. Made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. Very happy with our stay at this hotel.

The staff were all in the hotel were welcoming and friendly.  Nothing was too much trouble for them.  Explained our stay well and answered all of our questions.

A group of 11 of us went to the restaurant for breakfast.  Jayne was on duty and looked after us really well.  Checking in on us and helping us out with all our requests.  We couldn’t have asked for any better service.

Me and my partner stayed here with our two teenage kids and toddler. The room was big enough for all five to sleep comfortably, one double bed, two singles and a cot bed. There’s plenty of free parking. Breakfast was what you would expect good selection and everyone enjoyed it. We stayed here because it’s only 45 minutes from Alton towers and a lot cheaper then the nearest hotels. Premier inn is always a safe bet and this one didn’t disappoint. The staff were very friendly also. 

The stay did what it was intended for, but as for the add ons like bar and restaurant service it didn't deliver as expected even for a basic stay.  Not al goods avaialble as advertised.. small thing no hot chocolate, yet advertised, limited communication regarding vegetarian breakfast items.. coffee cups stained

Very nice staff who try their best to give a good service. Restaurant staff especially pleasant and helpful. 
Room was basic. Could do with an upgrade. Tired. Bathroom was ok but handles around the bath grubby and greasy needed a good clean. 
Noisy air extractor.
