Brill customer service- we hadn’t booked 2 twin rooms but the manager looked if we could swap to ensure we had the second twin room we would be most comfortable in instead of the standard were fully booked response. She even made the bed up herself. Really clean and tidy quiet and comfy room. Would definitely stay here again.

Great service

Clean, comfy beds & no noise from roads. 
We all got a great nights sleep. 
We ate in the Beefeater. Menu choice was great however, kids spaghetti bolognese wasn’t good, should have sent it back. 
The rest of the food was ok

Comfy bed

The manager and staff are some of the most helpful and friendly I have encountered checking into a hotel.  They were efficient, professional, accommodating and kind.  Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean; I would recommend to anyone in future coming to visit the area.  The manager came in to work early and still had time to assist me, I cannot fault the service.

I’ve used Premier Inns on many occasions over the years. Not sure if just this one or a bit of a slide in standards for the company but staff service below what I’m used to - poor attitude, lack of attentiveness from staff in the Beefeater and manageress sneezing loudly without covering face near the food wasn’t great.

Service below par

Nice warm welcome from staff and plenty of on-site parking available. There is a pub/restaurant next door for food (note that it is on a busy traffic junction). 

The room was generally of good quality, basic but comfortable enough (bed was comfortable). We were only given one towel so I had to go back down to reception to request another which was given quickly.

The main problem with the room is the lack of air conditioning (which I didn't realise when I booked it). We had a room on the first floor and, although a fan was provided and the window left open with curtains drawn, the room was REALLY hot, despite it being a day when although the sun was out, was not super hot. It was a relief to step into the corridor and I struggled to keep any make-up on my face in the room (and was attending a wedding!). 

I'd recommend this hotel in winter but not in summer / sunny days due to the lack of air con.

Nice comfy basic room - but beware no aircon!

Lovely clean room with comfortable bed and beautifully clean sheets. Really quiet. Reception staff were great.  Worth the money.  Good for the M42 corridor.   Free parking on site.  Didn't have breakfast there as went to Costa down the road.

Business overnight stay

Aware of no aircon at this site, came previously last November and the room was okay because of the cooler climate outside.

Use the hotel for a good night's sleep before flying off on hols after having a lovely breakfast.

Booked 2 rooms this September and couldn't get any sleep  so hot in our rooms that we were having to cool down outside in the early hours. The smallest fans are only recirculating the heat already in the room.

No chance of a good night's sleep, no bigger fans available, which may have helped and after complaining several times and on departure  was told by the staff, this happens eveytime we have warm weather and there are no plans to have air con fitted.

Fans are a waste if time

Was like sleeping in an oven with the room temperature reaching 36.5c in the day and 34c in the evening .and a useless fan to just push the heat around the airless room. Pod £15 for useless Wi-Fi and the sleep was the worse was like sleeping in a box full of heat. The staff could not answer any questions or offer any help. Premier inn state that they guarantee a good nights sleep what a joke

Another sleepless week in premier inn

Spent 2 nights in a family room with a family of 4, no built in AC in the room only a desk fan and a window that only opened 4inchs meaning the room stayed at a steady 28 degrees! 
Thermostat on the wall is only for heating the room. Bathroom extractor did not work making the room even hotter when having a shower. Informed reception to be told that the maintenance team doesn't work weekends!
Finally on arrival we booked a table for breakfast at the hotel reception for 06:30am and on arrival at the restaurant was told they don't open until 7am on a weekend. Hotel reception should know and Inform guests of the correct times the restaurant is open.

Other than the above the room was OK, beds were comfortable and room was clean.

Hot Hot Hot

I had a procedure done nearby the hotel and  the hotel was recommended as it was the closest. I explained at the front desk about my procedure and we requested early check in, the lady on the front went out of her way to find us a ready room before even many had checked out. They made up the sofa bed to make me more comfortable and requested that if I needed anything to just ask. Even though it was a short stay I would definitely recommend the hotel as the service was amazing
