Just had a wonderful few days at The Boundary. Kate and Steve ( and Mack the Springer) couldn't be more welcoming. 
They have thought of every little detail, and nothing is too much trouble. 
We had Room 2, with a very large and extremely comfortable, four poster bed. Lovely room, spacious and had everything we needed. 
Breakfasts were excellent and piping hot. 
All in all, a fantastic stay, and next time we take a trip to Scarborough, we know where to book in. 

Fantastic stay.

Just had the weekend here with my daughter and granddaughter. Nobody had stayed in a B+B before but , having read good reviews, we were looking forward to our break. From the moment we walked through the door Kate made us feel very welcome. The four pawed receptionist is very sociable and thoroughly delighted my granddaughter. She has dietary issues and these were met beautifully. Thoughtful touches like her "special" milk in her own bottle and her own plate and bowl made her feel very spoilt. We had a family room which was clean, comfortable and very well decorated. Breakfast was delicious and all cooked to order.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place for a short break in Scarborough. We've had an amazing weekend.

Warm welcome 

Kate & Steve run a lovely B&B, we had room 8 overlooking the Scarborough cricket ground and the lovely balcony where you can sit out and watch the cricket. Our room was nice, the bed was comfy. The other couple that were with us had room 2 it was a larger room with a king size four poster bed and a couch in the room. 
The breakfast was excellent and Kate runs it as full table service cooked by Steve. 
We were made to feel very welcome and will definitely be returning.

The boundary hits six

Just returned from a lovely weekend away at the boundary.  Our spacious family room was great. The beds  were really comfortable  and we all slept well.  We were really impressed with the delicious breakfast. Quality ingredients and plentiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Really comfortable stay

Cannot praise the Boundary Guest House highly enough . Room was wonderful (No 5) Spotless and lovely little extras, fridge, bottled water, plenty of coffee/tea and bottled milk given as needed. Breakfast was plentiful and excellently presented. Steve and Kate should be very proud of the service they provide Thankyou too to Jill and Mac the dog for a very enjoyable stay.    Will definitely stay again if going to Scarborough.   

WONDERFUL FRIENDLY GUEST HOUSE

Really enjoyed our two days visiting for the cricket, ideal location for this. Great rooms and fresh milk provided on arrival even though we was significantly delayed, which was appreciated. Excellent breakfast which was cooked to order.

Would 100% return.

Enjoyable stay

Just got back after 4 nights.  What a lovely place to stay.  The hosts Steve & Kate were very friendly.  The rooms were lovely and a great size, with plenty of storage.  The beds and pillows are super comfy and great quality towels provided.  A good selection of hot drinks supplied in the rooms along with fresh milk, no UHT stuff & the breakfast is amazing, no fatty bacon!  

They have a super friendly dog called Mack, who we all fell in love with.  

Would definitely go back and will recommend to anyone I know going to Scarborough.

A great place to stay

Fell in love with this place on our 3 night break. The owners and staff are lovely and the beds and room size make for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was filling and lots of variety, and they even gave the kids a little gift on our last morning. In my opinion this is the b&b to beat and the only place we’ll use in future

What a lovely find we stayed for a few days at  the Boundary our room looked over the cricket ground   we were made to feel very welcome from the day we arrived to the day we left  the staff were very friendly have stayed in a few b&b in the past  this is the best one  by far and would highly recommend staying here we will definitely be back

Me and my friend booked to come to Scarborough to watch lewis capaldi. 
We came across this bnb, hands down, it’s the best bnb We have ever stayed in. 
Our room was amazing, best bed I’ve ever seen, and sooooo comfy! The breakfast in the morning was great, so much food to eat though, that I had felt bloated and full all day! 
We was made to feel at home; our journey was cut short sadly because Lewis capaldi was cancelled, and train strikes going on, but we recommend this bnb to anyone, you will not be disappointed. The most loveliest couple to run it, and looked after us very well.
