Reception staff where friendly and helpful. Room lovely, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and I would definitely come again

I do love a premier inn hotel comfy beds clean rooms and amazing staff, was lovely seeing Jade’s friendly face on my stay at furzton always a pleasure to see her always smiling and willing to help, lovely lake to walk round right in the door step

Family break - we had a fantastic stay here with the family. 
Great location, beautiful view from the room of the lake. 
From the welcome to the goodbye everything was outstanding.

Family break

 Hayley and Sandra with other members of the reception team provided a warm welcome as did every member of the hotel staff that I came in contact with such as Tiff and the breakfast ladies Karen and Jen who served a delicious breakfast and had a smile each morning.  The hotel was clean and comfortable and as always a pleasure to stay there.

Always a pleasant stay and the beauty of the lake sets the scene

We were spending a couple of days in the area and chose this hotel for our overnight stay. A pleasant location by the lake and the view from our ground floor window was a pretty one with a small pond with fountain looking across to the restaurant. The room was Premier Inn standard with comfy bed and friendly staff too. Great visit

We recently stayed at this Premier Inn as we were attending the Bletchley Park 1940s weekend. We found the rooms clean, well appointed and the breakfast food was especially good. We would like to give 'Tiff' on reception a special mention. Tiff was like a breath of fresh air in the morning, super happy and keen to make sure that everything was running smoothly. Tiff made our stay even more enjoyable and deserves to be recognised for their efforts and 'going the extra mile' every morning. It really made a difference to our experience at this Premier Inn - thank you.

Excellent service and friendly reception staff.

Booked a room for the bank holiday(28.05.23) and must say the stay was lovely. 
We were greeted by this lovely receptionist in the afternoon, whom I had spoken earlier about a room mix up. She sorted it all up before we came to check us in.I must say she was very patient. As there was only her, there was a line off people waiting to check in, to make matters worse a guest spilled some milk on the floor. She quickly went to clean it up before she proceed to check everyone in. She even gave my kids some colouring books with some crayons which the kids were super excited about.

The next morning we had breakfast, which was as the usual premier standard.

I must say if you are booking for the lake view make sure to get a ground floor room, it was beautiful.

Overall amazing costumer service and a lovely stay.


Great costumer service

We have been in the Premier Inn Furzton Lake since December 2022 after a flood at our home. We officially move back home on 31st May. The staff in the hotel were absolutely amazing, couldn't do enough for us. From Hayley, Deena and the rest of the reception team, to Karen, Sue and the whole dining room team, they were first class in customer service. Thank you very much for making us feel so welcome. 

Long hotel stay

Cheap, clean, friendly. Lovely view of the lake. Friendly service. Bar/restaurant on site which is handy & good value. Bar closed at 9pm which we felt was a bit early but we could take a bottle of wine back to the room so no problem. Didnt have breakfast as we were in a rush but it smelled lovely!

Great Stay

Stayed 2 nights at weekend and met a lot of nice staff. Luke and Tiff at the reception helped check in with warm welcoming smiles. Thanks for the wow treats for my kids and also the useful information about where to dine nearby. I should have mentioned about the staff member who took my call before my stay asking for a specific room type. He made a wonderful arrangment. 

I should not forget the night shift guys as they helped me sort out what’s going on when I was staying on the second night while guests in the next room made loads of noises and ruined my good night sleep. A credit to Marcin and Sean. 

We had breakfast for 2 mornings. I would like to thank Izzy and Sue for their service. Frankly speaking, the breakfast we had for 2 days were quite different in quality. The first morning we had was as nice as we expected. Thanks Chef Jackie.
