Room was immaculately clean and well  maintained, with a nice fresh decor and nice bedding.  The bed was comfortable and the room very quiet, so we had a restful night. Excellent cooked breakfast.  Adrian was a very welcoming host and when we had a couple of friends call into see us he made a couple of pots of tea and bought a plate of biscuits which was thoughtful and kind. This B&B is hard to fault and we've stay in quiet a few!  There was car parking available and the WIFI was excellent. Highly recommend this one!

Little Gem

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. We stayed for 4 nights. Quality is as good as it has always been. Adrian is an excellent host, very attentive nothing is too much trouble. We were welcomed with a pot of tea and refreshments. Comfortable quiet room, very clean and an excellent breakfast each morning.  We are hoping to go back in the Autumn.

We were made very welcome the Tudor House was what I was looking for an overnight.the room was clean and warm the breakfast was to die for and although we were only there one night we plan to return in October for a longer stay

Over night in St Anne's

We stayed here while visiting for the illuminations in neighbouring Blackpool. We didn’t want to stay in Blackpool itself for reasons which were proven to be well founded after being sent flying off our seats by one drunk in a bar, whilst simultaneously having our eardrums pierced by one young “lady” who clearly thought her flailing on the dance floor was not soliciting enough attention, so periodically emitted whistles that would comfortably drown out a jumbo jet. Oh, and this was at four in the afternoon.

Anyway, back to the Tudor house. We arrived early and knocked to ask if we could park up. The room was ready so the lovely lady who answered the door said we could bring our belongings in. The proprietor, Adrian, then arrived and was only too happy to let us check in, and showed us our room. Lovely friendly people.

The room was a touch small, but perfectly fine for our needs. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, tea making facilities, telly, small, but spotless and perfectly serviceable bathroom. Really can’t find anything to complain about. 

We were given a form to complete on check in for our breakfast, many choices, and  it was delicious, again lovely friendly service, really can’t overstate what nice people they are.

Five minutes from the train station which takes you to the pleasure beach, and only a touch further to Wood Street where many of the nice restaurants are.

We ate in St Anne’s that night (Imli, highly recommended) and had a wander round in the morning, we were pleasantly surprised. It’s a lovely little town and we plan to visit again, probably in the better weather, and would definately look at booking the Tudor house.

Lovely

I have stayed in many Hotels and Bed and Breakfast but this Bed and Breakfast is by far the best i have ever stayed in . I was welcomed with a cup of tea and a huge smile from one of the proprietor ; Dave . Annie the other proprietor made us feel like we where visting relatives. The B&B is immaculate in every area, the beds are of top quality and plenty of clean towels . The breakfast cateres  for non meat eaters and meat eaters, which delighted me as im a vegan. I have already booked to go and stay again at the tudor hotel for the illumations . Top quality Bed and Bedfast 5 stars arent nearly enough.
