Nice location and surprisingly quiet. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by.
Arrived at 2.10pm and told if I wanted to check in it would be an extra £15 unless I waited until 2.30pm, that’s customer engagement for you !!.
I was allocated room 108, very clean and spacious with the latest decor and lighting.
Didn’t dine in the hotel but had a walk to the queen Adelaide pub, would definitely recommend .
Had breakfast in the premier inn. Great friendly service and the food was surprisingly ok. Good quality sausages , nice bacon , hot decent coffee and the gentleman running the breakfast buffet was charming.
Overall one of my best stays with Premier Inn, and I use them very frequently

One of the best Premier Inn’s

A convenient place with very good parking facilities.
This is a regular place for us as fits our needs.
Whitebread could appreciate their customers by lowering the costs considering staff numbers have reduced dramatically thereby reducing their overheads.

Very nice hotel food was lovely and staff very friendly premier inn’s are the best hotels for price and value bed’s are always comfortable and staff are always friendly and helpful in every premier inn i have been to especially this one in Wandsworth

Nice hotel

My partner and I had a great stay and fantastic night sleep in a premier plus room - highly worth the upgrade. The location is great and around 45 mins to almost anywhere you’d want to go but you do need to rely on buses rather than the tube at least for the first part of the trip. There is a shopping centre and restaurants across the road with a Sainsbury’s next door. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Wonderful weekend stay

This is the second time staying at this Premier Inn & it is consistently good. We drove from an early flight from Heathrow & were able to checkin around 10:00 for a £10 charge. This is a brilliant benefit.  The rooms are super clean & well maintained.  The breakfast is ample.

Second time staying & excellent

Hotel service at the highest level, especially Irfan and Melanie at the reception. I highly recommend foods and atmosphere! I can't wait to come back here again! I will definitely take some friends with me to stay for the weekend Darek z Ostrołęki a dokladnie z Wojciechowic;)

Late booking.. No surprises

Stayed here many times and always enjoyed it (their beds really are more comfy😁). This time though the team went above and beyond. When we left my wife forgot her jewellery and didn’t notice until that evening. I went back to the hotel and the duty manager couldn’t have been more helpful. Took me to the room to check and then went to the left stuff safe place, returning with all the jewellery. Thanks to him and the house keeping team. I’m many places that might not have been the outcome. Very grateful to them.

Great team

Irfan and Melanie are amazing staff, they are always so happy and friendly, even when they are extremely busy (which seems to be a lot of the time) . They always make you smile and have a better day - even if you are were having a bad day before, they give a great customer service experience and are really nice people too. The whole experience whenever I go to this branch is fantastic and is always a pleasure.

My stay was excelent , the staff was amazing especially Ana, Denisa and  Mihaela.. they were very helpful…The location is great , South side just across the road and the hotel is very quite . Great sleep is guaranteed . I will be back as I loved my stay here.

Amazing hotel!

My husband booked a family room for one night last week and we enjoyed our short trip to London. We were looked after by Melanie who checked us in and also served us in the restaurant that evening. Dinner was surprisingly good and the offer was a good deal
