From the moment you walk through the door you can tell that you are going to have a great stay. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was really large and spotless. 

Breakfast was lovely and just what you need.

I will definitely stay here again next time I need accommodation.

Fantastic stay 

We stayed here as a family of 3 in January 2020 for a party. Communication with Jan by text beforehand was good as she was unable to meet us upon arriving, but this was fine and she explained the check in service throughly. I cannot fault the rooms for cleanliness, the bedding was freshly laundered and the shower powerful. We slept well and in the morning were greeted by Enrico at breakfast, which was a good continental spread. He additionally offered us coffee from the machine, which was much needed after a party the night before! We would not hesitate to stay here again. 

Spotless rooms and friendly servicr

We visited Purley for a party. I was so pleased I found this hotel. I was a little apprehensive as it’s so reasonably priced compared to nearby hotels. I shouldn’t have been. I was greeted warmly & shown to a spotless, enormous room. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay again 

Perfect

I have stayed here a few times over the last 3 years.  Rooms are comfortable, reasonably spacious for the price and exceptionally clean, with excellent shower rooms. Well located in central Purley, with off-road parking, near to train station (two stops to Gatwick) and buses. This is far superior to the average B&B, there are no bar facilities etc but I much prefer staying here compared with other local hotels. Alma the manageress is friendly, welcoming and helpful. As it only has 7 rooms, it is regularly booked out, which is why I am a little reticent on giving a glowing review! There is absolutely nothing to fault for the price.

Favourite place in Purley

Very kind and welcoming hostess, spotless large room with 4 extremely comfortable single beds and a separate large shower room made for a most pleasant short stay for 2 adults and 2 children at an extremely competitive rate for the area. Continental style breakfast with fresh fruit and cereal available Tesco express across the road and the main town a 5 minute walk down the road handy for restaurants too. Highly recommended 

Short but very sweet stay

I have stayed here 3 times now and I have always found the rooms spotlessly clean. They have had good showers with good quality towels and soap, shampoo  and shower gel provided.One of the rooms I stayed in faced the main road which I couldn't hear. Mind you I did stay in the winter so it may be an issue in the summer.

Very clean and friendly

This is a cut above your standard bed and breakfast. The room we stayed in was very large indeed, and seems to have been recently refurbished. The continental breakfast was substantial and very gooc valye fir money. But above all this place is so near Purley town centre, a 24hrs Tesco Extra, and Purkey station (Zone 6)

Great location

My Son and I stayed here on Saturday night as we were attending the British Masters golf at Tamworth. It is only a  about 8 miles from the golf course .
We were greeted by Alma on our arrival who was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and had all the essentials for your stay such as towels and toiletries also free WiFi and a nice size t.v.
The house is situated opposite a Very large Tesco and is also only a couple of minutes walk from pubs and restaurants.
You are given a wrist band key fob to come and go as you please .
The price was very reasonable and if you book directly with them the price is even better.
A continental breakfast is available and was very nice.
I would certainly book here again if I needed to stay in the area. 


A great overnight stay

Comfortable, spacious room. The residence manager, Alma was very helpful and accommodating, for example letting us book in early and allowing us to leave our car parked on the premises for several hours after we'd checked out (much appreciated in an area with limited and expensive public parking). Highly recommended.

Ideal location for the wedding we were attending, two minutes walk away.

I stayed at this hotel last week on business. The room was lovely, Alma the housekeeper was very welcoming, and the place seemed spotlessly clean, so all good so far. 

Unfortunately I have had to email twice in the last week and received no response to either email, when all I was requesting was an invoice for my stay to enable me to claim business expenses from my client. 

All I have to show for my stay is an email showing money has been taken from my account via Booking.com, no proper invoice showing tax paid etc. 

I would have stayed here again, but as they are unable to even do me the courtesy of replying to two emails, I won’t use their services in the future. 

So great for leisure if you don’t want an invoice that matters, but rubbish if you’re on business.
