Brilliant place to stay. Everything taken care of. Wonderful breakfast.
Ideal location & parking available. The town & the beach are so close by, within easy walking distance.
Cliffbury is spotlessly clean, the bed & the room were comfortable. Highly recommended!! 

Lovely place

What an amazing experience from the initial booking and the emails from Gareth and Claire through to our leaving.
You are greeted on arrival by warm and friendly hosts and taken to your room which is spotless, you won’t find a speck of dust anywhere. 
Gareth gave us the rundown of Llandudno and was always available should you need absolutely anything.
The king size beds were comfortable and the room was enormous with comfortable sofa and chair.
The breakfasts are wonderful and freshly prepared with good quality ingredients, Gareth is attentive but not intrusive.
We whole heartedly recommend the Cliffbury and will most certainly return.
Thank you Gareth and Claire foe a lovely few days.

A wonderful guest house.

Just got back from another amazing stay at the Cliffbury. Keep returning to enjoy the great accommodation and wonderful breakfasts. We feel at home as soon as we walk through the door. Gareth and  Claire are great hosts. We hope to be back again next year. 

High standards that never change 

What a little gem this B&B is. From the moment that you walk through the door you are greeted as a friend. Everywhere is tidy and spotless and the rooms are very comfortable. The breakfasts are fantastic and the hot food is HOT, not lukewarm. Claire and Gareth are very knowledgeable about the local area and know the best places to eat and visit. We'll worth a visit and can't wait to return!!!

Little Gem

Convenient location with a level and pleasant walk to the promenade.  Very comfortable accommodation and a good varied well served breakfast menu.  The hosts were friendly and helpful which made our stay very enjoyable. 

Excellent seaside accommodation

Firstly apologies for such a delayed review bathroom gate took longer than planned 😀
We were originally on holiday in West Wales and had issues in the property meaning we needed to leave immediately. Upon trying to find accommodation I came across Cliffbury and booked a room for the next day. Given the excellent reviews I was delighted one room left.
At around 6am the following morning received confirmation and details around stay and later received a wonderful warm friendly welcome from Gareth. Our room was so lovely after our West Wales disaster. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast both days was delicious and we enjoyed our chats with Gareth and local knowledge!

Wonderful stay

My husband and i stayed at The Cliffbury for 3 nights.
The room we had was very spacious and lovely decorated.
Everything was spotlessly clean along with the rest of the house. 
Gareth and Claire were the perfect hosts.
Breakfast was cooked fresh and the best one we have had.
Would reccomend to anyone looking for accomodation in Llandudno as it is an easy level walking distance to the pier,shops,restauranats etc.

Excellent,friendly guest house

Just spent a wonderful 5 nights.
This really is a lovely place to stay.
The rooms are immaculate and the breakfast superb.
Gareth and Claire are the perfect hosts.
There really is no reason to stay elsewhere.
We’ll definitely be back.

It doesn’t get better

This guest house was extremely tastefully decorated throughout and our room was lovely and spotless could not fault the place. Little disappointed it took us 10 minutes to find the right temperature in the shower without scalding ourselves or freezing to death lol pressure was not good but never are in hotels. Breakfast was lovely good selection and like the fact it's all pre booked the day before. Gareth and his wife Claire were the owners Gareth was a great host unfortunately we were extremely disappointed that Claire did not introduce herself so we could put a face to the name but on a whole we would definitely return even though we only lived 25 minuites away. Would recommend Romeo's Italian for a lovely meal out. also a walk around the Great Orme.

Lovely tasteful guest house

Third visit to the Cliffbury and as usual we had an enjoyable time. 
The room and facilities are excellent and the breakfasts are without doubt an ideal way to start the day. Location is close to everything on offer in Llandudno with the addition of on site parking. 
Looking forward to visiting again soon.
