Clean tidy, June and Jimmy are so helpful. Close to airport, very reasonably priced. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Nothing is ever a hassle for Jimmy and June, will always try and accommodate you no matter what!

Great place to stay!

My daughter had a gymnastics competition to attend in Liverpool. We stayed from the Fri to sun morning. U can walk from the airport it's only ten mins. 
A lovely warm happy welcome. Room warm and cosy bathroom so clean and products available for shower. Tea coffee and a kettle and milk  too. 
Premier Inn round the corner we had breakfast there £10.99 kids free all you can eat. Then we had dinner there too later that evening. 
The number for the taxi she gave us was very helpful and they so quick for pickups. 


Great stay and will definitely use again

What a gem this place is, this was my fifth stay since discovering it and have been delighted on every single occasion. The proprietors, Jimmy and Jean are always there with a cheerful welcome after parking your car in their secure gated car park. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and spotless.
Tea and coffee making facilities and free wifi available in rooms, there is no breakfast included but you can walk 100 yards around the corner to have a full English or Continental breakfast in the Premier Inn.
For longer stays if you are looking for self catering they have a delightful suite with sitting room and kitchen.

Great Hospitality

My partner and I booked here as 1)we prefer independent/family run businesses 2)it was a 10 minute walk to Liverpool airport & they also have secure parking available (gated and locked) which we left our car there for 4 days for a small fee. The room we stayed in had a double bed and a good size ensuite. It was clean and the bed was super comfy. There were not issues leaving at 5.30 in the morning. The hosts were super friendly and we will definitely be booking again when we go on our next jaunt! 

Lovely stay

Me and my Boyfriend stayed for one night to be ready for a plane the next morning, we arrived late as we have to travel into liverpool but Jimmy at reception was so welcoming, he showed us to our room and where everything was, gave us all the information we would need. We had no issues while staying the night, it was a very good price and when one of us has to catch a flight again we will most definitely be staying there again.

Such a welcoming stay

I have arrived quiet late to the Hotel, because my plan landed very late at night but the  lady at the reception was waiting for my arrival luckily and she was basically very helpful and friendly. I was happy with my staying there. I will come back defo. I can recommend this place happily to everyone, it was clean with good location on a reasonable price!

Lovely place!

Stayed for one night to go to Oye festival at sefton park.
Nice little guesthouse.  Friendly welcome by June. Room clean and comfortable. There is a kitchen area with seating if you want to prepare food. Parking which is locked secure overnight.
Buses into liverpool are across the main road - lots of them. Not much in immediate area, but very convenient for liverpool & airport.
For what we paid - great value. Would stay again.

Nice little guesthouse

Stayed for a couple of nights while visiting family. Friendly host (Jimmy), warm & clean room with decent facilities. Low cost. No breakfast option though there is a shared kitchen you can use if you wish. Secure car park and very close to the airport if using it as a base to fly from. Only downside was the bed which had significant roll into the middle. Needs a new mattress! Was fine for a couple of nights.

Short stay

Arrived after 11pm and still received the warmest welcome from the owner. The guesthouse is super clean and I really mean it (I've got high standards because of allergies but this place really impressed me.) Would highly recommend for a comfy, clean and welcoming stay.

Perfect stay

We were welcomed by the very friendly Jean and she was utterly delightful.  We told her that we weren’t going on holiday but we’re in the city to attend a concert from Genesis,  She said the gates would be closed at 10pm.  We didn’t think we’d be back by then and said we’d be happy to park in the road.  However when we returned at 10.50 the gates were still open.  As  we were getting out of the.car Jean came out to close the gates.  She explained that she wasn’t going to let us stay without parking on the property.  We thought this was really kind of her to wait up for us.

As to the room.  It was comfortable and inviting.  We’d stayed the previous night in Llandudno and knew quality when we saw it,  We didn’t try the tv.  But we appreciated the extension lead with two extra sockets and USB ports, all of which were used.  It was a shame that we had to check out by 10am as we’d have loved to luxuriate in the room for another 3-4 hours longer,  Bathroom was great with plenty of hot water in the shower.
