Arrived to this idilic place Friday 5th April. We were greeted by Bill and his beautiful black lab Dottie. We were shown to our barn ( coachouse ) by Bill. The attention to detail just blew us away! Gorgeous, tasteful furniture. Beautiful bathroom and a separate sitting room with log burner with plenty of wood. The views are stunning. We wanted a weekend to chill and re charge our batteries and we did just that ! Breakfast in the round house was superb, with excellent produce. We absolutely loved our weekend at the stunning venue. Have already recommended it to several friends and we will certainly be back. Thank you Bill and Dottie for a fantastic weekend x

Stayed here for my fiancé’s birthday, we had planned on having a walking weekend but the weather had other plans! But we didn’t let it dampen our spirits.
The cottage was lovely with a log burner, comfortable king size bed, blankets, everything you need in the kitchen and books! 
The only downside was that without the log burner on the cottage was quite cold especially the bathroom. 
The location is pretty much in the middle of nowhere with a fairly long and slightly dangerous walk to the nearest pub so be prepared to do some driving whilst here! We visited Tavistock and Launceston which are a short drive away. 
The breakfasts were lovely, lots on offer with both cooked and continental breakfasts available, nespresso and filter coffee, loads of fruit and juices. There were lovely fresh flowers each morning, it felt very clean and like a lot of care had been taken over the decor of every room.
Wonwood is off the beaten track so feels like a proper getaway with some amazing views and very peaceful nights sleep as you cannot hear any roads. As our plans for walking went out the window we did a bit of sight seeing and spent our afternoons in the cottage with the log fire on, sipping tea (or wine) and reading books! Perfection!

I can’t put into word how amazing this beautiful place is, we had a lovely stay and will most definitely be visiting again. Bill the host was so friendly and so welcoming, couldn’t ask for a better host. The breakfast was incredible and tasted lovely.

everything is perfect. Me and fiance have been a couple of times staying in different rooms and love it. Proper county retreat. Breakfast is absolute amazing!!!! Unfortunately i can not wheat or diary but they have added gluten free bread and soya milk for breakfast. Must Stay!!!

My Mum and I stayed here for a mini getaway for two nights. The B&B is spectacular, the furnishings and interiors are beautiful and the service is wonderful. We had the most delicious cookies in our room (white chocolate and cranberry, YUM!), and breakfast each morning was lovely. There are facilities for guests in the Roundhouse like a microwave, fridge, plates, cutlery etc. so you have the option to stay in and enjoy the B&B after an active day, rather than having to go out every evening. I was stunned at the price of the room, it’s an absolute bargain for the level of comfort and service! We’ll certainly be back!
