Worst caravan I have ever stayed at! I know we payed for basic but very old and needing updated! Curtains broken and hanging off. Pull out bed stunk, carpets dirty, would have went home but traveled 4 hours and would have resulted in very upset children!! The door mat says it all.fridge full of rust disgusting should be ashamed to rent them out

Sealands bar and location are they only good thing about this site. Read reviews and thought I'd try it for myself. Run down site with unfriendly rude staff in coral beach club definitely should not be working in customer service. Waited 3hrs for tokens for the launderette which was open because bar staff doing their washing but was told rudely by staff I'm not meant to be here until 3 come back then for tokens. So why is the launderette open if you can't get tokens until 3 when bar opens to have the door shut in my face and told it wasn't her problem lovely attitude and customer service. I hope management read all reviews about the staff and do something about it before this site is run completely into the ground definitely would not return or recommend

Staff should not work in customer service 

Caravan was lovley as we rented off a private owner but the site it's self was run down.  Empty buildings everywhere no dustbins around site,  chippy was old and not very nice.  On entrance lots of scrap fridges and caravans overall experience if site wasn't great lots of noise and shouting wouldn't return.  Here. 

Disappointed 

So we decided to stay here again as we wanted to be close to all the attractions, we had previously stayed in a caravan here in the mid 90s & the site was good back then.

However many years have passed & things had changed, the site is still well kept but the old toilet blocks have been boarded up & they a look a bit of an eyesore to be honest, I also don't like how the site entrance closest to Fantasy Island has now been blocked off.

The Coral beach club is very dated, in fact it still looked the same as it did in the 90s, the large room upstairs is no longer used & everyone is forced to cram into one small room downstairs. The entertainment was mediocre & the drinks were expensive, the club also had a very musty smell which I think was coming from the carpet.

The caravan itself was ok, maybe a little rough around the edges & there were some maintenance issues, the toaster sparked & tripped the electric & had to be reset by a handyman, there also wasn't any baking trays for the oven, I know it's the land of the cheap takeaway but not everyone likes to eat junk food!

My biggest complaint has to be that there is no bedding supplied, it's 2023 & bedding should be included, especially when you pay £350 for 4 nights, I mean if Haven can supply bedding then surely these can. The duvet also had a stain on it, looked someone had an accident.

We also had a £70 damage deposit to pay on arrival, this wasn't mentioned at the time of booking & you don't get it back until someone has inspected the caravan like a drill sergeant, the lady inspecting the van even turned the tv on to make sure we hadn't broken it!

Maybe the owner Mrs Belton should trade her Rolls Royce in for a Vauxhall Viva, then spend some of her money on the club.

Still a good site, but needs some investment!

first off look at these mint pictures I took off skeg I mean what a beauty when I retire this is where I will be staying for my last days anyway sea lens was the best experience off my entire life I mean look at it absolutely stunning mush had a lovley conversation with the bouncers outside brilliant lads lovely then I took a trip down to the beach for a couple and found a free beer on the table but drank it and realise the mistake I’ve made so then I when to the fair and  on the tea cups thought my head what gonna blow and that’s the story off skeggy back home unfortunately might camp outside sea lens next time what a weekend

Absolutely no problems with the staff at this caravan site and the caravan itself was great. However the site is a little bit scruffy, there’s a big old dump of old fridges ect next to the exit that takes you to the ingoldmells attractions  and there’s a few empty plots where caravans clearly used to be that have old pipes and wires just hanging about.
The on-site club and arcade is not worth bothering with, most of the machines in the arcade are either broken or turned off and the bar area is awful to say the least. 
There was a lot of shouting, swearing and loud music until the early hours of the morning on the last night of our stay and there appeared to be an awful lot of weed smoking going on but That’s obviously not the fault of the owners of the site.
On the up side it is really close to fantasy island and not far at all from Skegness. 
I personally wouldn’t stay again with my children but if it was my friends and I then it would be fine.

Tread carefully with your booking

The van was nice the staff at the entertainment where nice but as for the 2 women that work in the office there customer service was discusting if they don't like there job that much they ort to get a job they do there arragont rude with attitude they literally let the site down

Not again

First and last time we will stay here. Its a brill location for fantasy island that's about it. Horrible noisy rude neighbours on all sides of caravan. We got other people's children just walking in even when we told them not to, to the point we had to keep our door locked in this hot weather. Kids playing knock door run at night also. None of their parents where bothered. Down to the caravan. Dirty, old and ready for knackers yard. We choose the basic. Knowing it was really just somewhere to put our heads and to cook a breakfast. Kettle was a hob one that was full of limescale, microwave dirty, carpet not hoovered and rest of floors needed a good sweep and a mop. There was a hoover but god it smelt like someone's dog had peeded in it. Bedding stained, damp and smelly (pleased I took my own). Only the gas fire worked none of the heaters in the bedrooms. Shower door didn't close but would only open just enough to squeeze through (least we had hot water). Went to the club once walked straight out. There's old old caravans dotted around and a caravan graveyard. It would be a great site with the right managers in and some money spending on it.

Family holiday

Not a very nice place to stay. Near fantasy island and ingoldmells beach but that's where the good things end. Noisy, swearing, weed smoking and that's the classy ones. No ammeneties apart from 2 outdated club houses. Chip shop is nice and the staff are really nice there too. I would avoid tho tbf

Avoid if you want a nice family holiday!

Second year here and was briil a lot of new vans on site and good staff only thing let it down was karaoke same person and only catered for regulars snd chip shop at sealands bar chips are crap but everything else alright will be coming again in September
