This was a brilliant location - easy to walk into Hedon.
The room was spacious & well aired. On-suite bathroom was great.
Fridge had been stocked up with milk, bottled water and tins of pop.
Plenty of tea / coffee as well as biscuits – really nice touch.
The room we had was separate from the house so was really quiet. Heating was fine
Off road parking as well.
Would recommend Twin Bays to anyone wanting to stay in the area


We needed to be close to Hedon centre & this was perfect as a base. Really friendly owners. Clean room with flat screen tv, fridge, tea & coffee provided & comfy beds. Bargain price. Would definitely recommend.

Emma was lovely. Very good communication.  The only observations i noted were that the establishment wasnt signed, only a small dark number on a gate post. If i hadnt looked at the picture on line i would not have knocked on the door. The room door could do with black out blind for longer daylight months. 
Unexpected bits, a variety of milks and plates with cutlery in the room for self catering. Great idea. Thanks.

Stayed here for 2 nights as a base for Withernsea music and bike festival weekend. We were made to feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. The room spacious and clean and everything that we needed. Plenty of tea and coffee and loved the fact that there was a small carton of fresh milk in the little fridge rather than those little UHT milk cups. There were also miniature toiletries in the bathroom..it's the little things. 
Outside there is Bench where you can sit and enjoy a drink or even a take away (plates and cutlery also provided in the room) everything has been well thought through. We will definitely return next year ice not before. I can highly recommend Twin Bays. 

Emma was friendly and informative, the room was very well equipped with fridge, plates and cutlery if you wanted to eat in the room, very generous tea tray with shortbread biscuits, plenty of tea and coffee all for a very good price. Only negative was that the shower was a bit small. Would stay here again as it's independent from main house so you don't disturb anyone as you go in and out.

BE PREPARED TO HAVE A WORST SLEEP ON A OLD MATTRESS WITH SPRINGS POKING IN BACK ! and the springs were poking into my back heels. I left a note for Emma complaining about dust in room a layer of dust on wooden shelf and about mattress & spider webs.

BE PREPARED TO HAVE WORST SLEEP ON A WORN OUT SPRING MATTRESS. Very small shower cubicle, shower head kept falling off holder! W
