What an amazing place to have a meal. The hosts were amazing so very helpful and attentive and good fun . you need to book first . We only live in Axminster and have never even thought of going inside have walked and cycled past many times . My in laws popped in one day and asked if they did meals and they got a lovely reception so they booked my partners nieces 18th family meal there . it was delicious and nothing was too much trouble, we had hunters chicken and it’s the best one i’ve had as made with ham instead of bacon which i actually prefer as i’ve gone off bacon . some had pies and chips some had burgers all were amazing , we cleared our plates . we will definatly be returning. we also met a lovely couple who regularly holiday there and they also were good fun , told us how lovely the rooms to rent upstairs were with a smashing sea view and how hard the owners have worked to get their business where it is today . Thank you all for a lovely visit .
