Multiple slats were missing from one bed so the mattress slumped. This was rectified when reported. There was mould on the walls within two rooms which I was merely told happens due to the area they are located and they’d get the cleaner to sort. This never happened.There was an overpowering smell that came from the carpet in the master bedroom which induced a headache every time I was in there. I was told they would get the carpet cleaner on it but this did not happen.It’s the first accommodation I’ve stayed in where I’ve had to prewash all of the kitchen utensils before using as they were either dirty or covered in cobwebs.Providing a small bin in the bathroom and a dustpan and brush in the place would have been useful (these seem like very basic essentials to provide as standard).The food at the beach restaurant was enjoyed by all. Beach hire and surf lessons on site were run by lovely people and my kids really enjoyed utilising this service.Access to a lovely stretch of the beach from the site with lifeguards offered peace of mind and was a safe place to enjoy each day.

Easy access to the beach. Supermarkets are close as well as convenient for bus and train journeys.

Was an amazing site with different properties to stop in and everything you needed was on site. Perfect for children and Adults. Will definitely be returning next year as there is so much to explore.

Great place for families. Lots of activities to keep everyone busy. It would have been nice if we had shower towels. I had to ask the reception for towels and they charged me for it. Overall experience was great.

Great getaway

We stayed in the 2-beds chalet for 4 nights while touring around Cornwall. The place was great, we were a bit concerned after reading some reviews but the accommodation exceeded our expectations, all the staff members were very nice, it was clean in the chalet, and around the resort. The beautiful sandy beach was within walking distance. Although we didn't attend any of the organised evening entertainments (just not our thing), we could see that people were enjoying it. Great thing was that Lidl was "just around the corner" so if you decide to make your own breakfast/meals, food shopping is not a problem. The only minus for us (some of us was relying on roaming) was the lack of WiFi in the chalet, and the only place where it was accessible was the bar. All in all, an excellent place to stay and we will definietly stay there again if we ever come back to Cornwall.

Perfect stay in St Ives Beach Resort

The mobile homes are PERFECT! They are well equipped and had often a wonderful view on the beach/coast. We are happy to used the heated pool - very good. We will come back anywhen! :-)

We have recommended this site to all of our friends. First stay here. Lovely site. Something for everyone.The most amazing spot to watch the sunset.We had a chalet, it eas roomy, clean & had everything we needed.Can't recommend enough.

Loved this place

Lovely little cabin, stayed 3 nights off peak season. Cabin a little musty on arrival. Everything clean and tidy. Will stay there again.
