A beautiful house in a beautiful area of Harrogate.  Our room was lovely, very stylish and spotlessly clean.  Breakfast was delicious with endless coffee.  We were given such a warm and friendly welcome and will definitely return as soon as we can.

Wow what a wonderful place this is , cannot fault it would definately go back , lovely clean room , decorated And Furnished beautifully . Fantastic breakfast and lovely hosts. We were made to feel very welcome , only five minutes from everywhere you will want to go.

Beautiful Brookfield House

Stayed here for one night. In a lovely quiet tree lined street 10 mins walk from centre. Host very friendly. Given parking permit for street parking. Room large with super king size bed. Decor very nice. Tea/coffee and even a fridge in room. Good choice for breakfast served with a smile. 
If visiting Harrogate again would definitely stay here.😊

Lovely guest house

Myself & Hubby booked into Brookfield House celebrate our Pearl Wedding Anniversary. From the second of arriving we was greeted with a warm, friendly smile from Lisa the owner. Brookfield House is a beautiful tridtional building, beautiful maintained gardens, our bedroom was amazing, beautifully decorated, large windows to view all around. Tea & Coffee facility, topped up everyday & along with the been room cleaned. Breakfast Wow freshly cooked nothing a issue as I am a vegetarian. Fresh coffee, fresh fruit.....fresh everything. Definitely will be staying again when we visit Harrogate.

Top B&B 🥇

I stayed at this hotel last night for the first time and I can assure you, it won't be the last. Everything about this hotel was lovely. I received a warm welcome into Lisa's home, my room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and had everything I needed... including parking. The breakfast was lovely.... plenty of choice and the tea and orange juice was plentiful 

I was attending the Theakston's Crime Festival at The Old Swan and a taxi to the venue was around £4. 

I will definitely return to this hotel and next time, I'll take my husband with me... because I know he'll love it.

Perfect place to stay..!

Stayed at this wonderful guest house for three nights. What a wonderful place. Located in a beautiful leafy lane just across the road from the convention centre. Had the top floor room. Beautifully decorated. It had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Great shower too. 
The host Lisa is such a wonderful person. Made sure my stay was comfortable. Made sure that my car parking ticket was put out everyday to avoid fines. Cooked a wonderful breakfast. Talking about which they have a really nice menu. And I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa's mum Elizabeth too who was such a delightful person.
Had a really lovely stay. Thanks Lisa. I am glad i didn't get a reservation at one of the chain hotels in the neighbourhood.

Conference trip 

My partner and I spent 3 nights in May. Harrogate is lovely, we had alot of rain but still made the most of it. Lots of walks, restaurants and pubs.
Brookfield is an ideal location just on the edge of town within walking distance of centre. Situated on a lovely picturesque Avenue. Stunning building and grounds. Family run. 
Lisa was there to give us a warm greeting. Easy and free Parking around rear. Beautiful interior. We chose the smaller room but it was more spacious than expected. Lovely fixtures and fitting, en suite, with lots of toiletries and comfy bed. Lots of tea and coffee, even a small fridge for proper milk. Nice big window.
My partner's highlight was the "awesome" breakfast which was in fact really really good. Lisa and her mum had us both in stitches a lot of the time. Really great, friendly people with a brilliant sense of humour. We couldn't ask for more. We had an absolutely amazing time on our first time to Harrogate. Hope to be back again sometime.

Perfect stay

Stayed 3 nights at this lovely b&b and couldn’t fault a thing, spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom, super comfy super king bed, fridge in room was a great touch and the breakfast was amazing, cooked to order with lots of choices,we would highly recommend staying here and it’s only a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars ,we’ll definitely stay again next time we go to Harrogate

Birthday and Anniversary treat for me and my husband

We stayed for two nights at Brookfield House to see a concert at the Royal Hall which was a 10 min walk away. Our short break was amazing from the friendliness of the owner, to the cleanliness and excellent facilities within our room, to the character of the property, to the perfect location of the B & B, to the scrumptious and plentiful breakfast, to the ease of parking,...…….. we could go on. It was clear that the owner had spent a lot of time and thought on her business and it was much appreciated. We would definitely stay there again.
