We were not disappointed with our stay. When we checked in we were greeted by a lovely young lady who offered to make table bookings for us. The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The drive to Stratford upon Avon was easy. We enjoyed our weekend

Great weekend

Very disappointing after years of giving premier inn hotels good reviews this was a let down , no one was in reception when we arrived and after waiting some time we found a bell on the wall to call for someone - the room had damp in the bathroom and was generally looking scruffy , it needs a repaint , we barely slept as despite having fan on us all night we were both boiling hot to the point where it was uncomfortable to sleep , you couldn’t leave window open due to traffic noise , the bathroom on the evening stank of weed which must have been coming through the extractor fan . Breakfast next morning did not improve things , we stood a while waiting to be seated while a member of staff cleaned the bar, put things away etc and walked past us twice before coming to seat us , the hot food was so high that I could not reach certain items and had to ask my husband to leave his breakfast to help me get bacon and black pudding  ( I had started with cereal where as he had gone straight for hot food) he asked for a second paper serviette and was questioned as to why as there was one on table , the lady was shouting out about “ why do  these people do this - causing cross infection “ someone had used the bean spoon to get a fried egg - there was a lot of shouting about things. I have never not recommended a premier inn before but this one - give it a miss

Would not recommend

Grim and desperately in need of renovation and a deep clean.Breakfast was cold and uninviting and not worth the money. The receptionist was behind the desk in her dressing gown.!! Have stayed in Premier Inns before but this was by far the worst.

Comfy bed, clean room and fantastic breakfast, plenty parking, costa and kfc a stroll from the hotel and a garden Centre next door great for a Sunday browse before we went home to Scotland. Will come again

Premier service at premier inn

Let down by table not reserved by reception for breakfast ,staff at the restaurant found us a table for 6 people but it was rushed as only had 45mins for next booking, so didn't enjoy breakfast by the time we got tea, toast etc not much time left to eat.

First time at this hotel,  welcoming and friendly efficient check in, returned to the desk with a couple of requests, Meena and her colleagues dealt with everything promptly.  Stayed for two nights. Thank you.

A comfortable stay

I needed to break my journey as I knew I couldn't face an 8 hour round trip in one day after dropping my son back at Uni in Bath. Had hoped to stay in Gloucester but this Premier Inn was a lot better value.
They only had an accessible room left but I only booked it the morning of the stay so no problem. Just meant I couldn't have a bath.
Staff very friendly, room spotless and spacious. Staff in the Beefeater were also very welcoming when I had gammon and chips for my tea.
Not much to do in the area - I'd hoped I could walk into Evesham centre but that was a couple of miles away. But I just needed a bed for the night. Job done.

Ideal as a stopover, good value but in the middle of nowhere really!

Firstly, it's really hard to find! Sat nav directed us towards the town centre and into a residential road. Went back to the main road and up and down several times trying exits from various roundabouts. Finally located it hidden away in a small industrial area behind a garage and it isn't signposted from the main road at all.

Hotel is old and looks shabby. The first room were we given smelt really disgusting like drains. We asked for another and that was better but still rather musty. Outside was quite cool but it got very hot in the room. The window only opens a few cm and it would be unbearable in a hot weather conditions. Overall a very poor experience, definitely wouldn't return to this Premier Inn.


Very disappointing

The staff were lovely and welcoming but this is obviously a very busy or an older premier inn. 
Located off a roundabout on the outskirts of town near a mini outlet type of place.
The car park is one where you don’t want to fall foul of the parking restrictions.
The stairs and room walls were scuffed and scraped.  There was a lump out of the furniture .
The room was clean as was the bathroom. It was fine for one night but you wouldn’t want to stay several nights.

Battered  and needs redecorating.

Lovely attentive reception staff, clean room and bathroom, lovely shower, comfortable bed, good parking & facilities. Easy  location to find only complaint was that we had  hard pillows with no other option in the cupboard
