Nice and quiet, clean, with very friendly and helpful staff.
The restaurant is undergoing a refurbishment but it is still open and serving breakfasts and dinner. It has I think a restricted menu at the moment but still has a reasonable choice.
The late check out is greatly appreciated.

Bloody awful.
Tired,dirty and dysfunctional. 
Chair broken causing a tumble.
No air con despite repeated trips to reception.
Only shower not bath.WATER was turned off to shower.....
If you are looking for a exciting trip with no control of the room temperature so cook and have no water to shower in a dirty run down premier inn then dumbarton is for you.

Excellent value for money. The Wi-fi did not work at all, they said it was a recent problem to be sorted out soon. Good value for breakfast and dinner using the deal meal proposed by the staff. exactly the sabe as the Premier Inn in Edimburg, but at 25% rate.

A good stop to rest between stages.

Really Bad. Booked months back.  Bed with breakfast and evening meal. We then saw online some of the pubs had been shut. We then phoned Dunbarton Premier direct. They said pub closed to every day trade but open as NORMAL for Premier hotel stays, we asked, " Is it full menu?" Yep they say, nothing changed. 
So's after a 5 hour drive from Skye, arrived at 14.33 PM. We noticed pub looked closed... Wife goes in and asks to book in, no, not until 15.00PM. OK, a little petty but so be it, wife askes about pub.... Not open until 17.30PM ! She tells them I'm diabetic and needed to eat by 16.00PM. They say we should have had an email, no email and besides, we had phoned Dunbarton direct two weeks before, while on way to Skye.  Anyways, I had operation on bladder a few weeks before and need to wee (Pain). Goes into hotel to use toilets, they say no...no public toilets!  So sits in car, me wanting to drive away with wife going back in to cancel. They said to her, you can cancel meal but not the room. We go into room at 15.00PM.
Menu in room, very limited choice, me thinking room menu. Goes to the pub at 17.30PM. It is indeed limited menu. Lovely server tells us, menu is new and will be the standard when they move food over to hotel. Not a full menu since pub had closed to general public.
We go back after eating a burger and chips. I ask for managers name, no they say, contact main customer help line. No sorry, no thankyou, nothing.
All in all, pee poor. Will never use again (Premier) in any location. Be warned, understand ALL PUBS ARE RUNNING ALONG THESE LINES.

Disappointed

Great location for a stop before traveling up to the Highlands from the Midlands. Friendly staff and very helpful. Lots of parking. Had a great nights sleep. Enjoyed the peaceful ambiance of the hotel. Had breakfast which was standard for Premier Inn. Would definitely stay here again to break up a long journey from middle England. 

Lovely Premier Inn Hotel

Room was 28 degrees on arrival.  Far too hot to sleep comfortably.
Only given one bath towel despite booking a double room for 2 guests.
Had to ask about both things at reception.  Basic things that should not be an issue.

Where do I start with saying how wonderful I find this hotel!  It is a perfect location for when I visit my friends in Scotland.  It is easily accessible from the road, has plenty of free parking and lots of amenities beside it.  The rooms are clean, well maintained and meet all your needs.  I slept soundly both nights of my stay.  The staff at this hotel could not do more for you to make your stay a great experience.  This was not my first stay in this hotel and will definitely not be my last.  Well done to all the staff.  Every single one of them is so friendly, welcoming and willing to help you.  Hope to see you again soon.

I personally have never been to this particular hotel before, however my sister had. She told me about how good it was and she was 100% correct.  The room was a good size, the bed was extremely comfortable, there were pillows and towels aplenty.  There was tea/coffee making facilities and a decent choice of television channels. My sister and i stayed for two nights.  The food in the Brewers Fayre attached to the hotel was so delicious, we ordered exactly the same meal both nights.  I did not have breakfast however my sister said it was a good range, the sausages were amazing and she felt it was good value.  The very best thing about this hotel, was the staff.  Nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing was too much trouble.  To be totally honest, I spilled a glass of red wine on the bed.  A white duvet, white cover, white bed sheets and even worse, a white mattress.  I was mortified.  The staff were so reassuring, wouldn’t hear of us cleaning it up.  Their customer service was second to none and every one of them was the same whether it was the waitress’s, reception staff or housekeeping.    I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Value for money! A good price for what you got, great size rooms. Bed was very comfortable and the room was warm and quiet. Great service, staff were always friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back!
