Friendly and professional staff greet us in check in. Quick and easy service. Location is ideal so close to center. Room was clean and quiet .We had a good night sleep bed was very comfy.

Reception  staff was very friendly and helpful .hotel has everything i required but hotel need some attention (Refurbishment )even though parking is available but need maintenance as car park has loads of potholes.

We have great time over weekend trip at dorking village and the hotel.staff was friendly.
Room was all basic standard facilities was available. Carpark is on free and a minute walk there is Tesco to get food .

hotel itself is very old fashioned and needs update to their facility's.

Nice place to visit and enjoy the weekend with family. free parking at hotel is great  relief when you travelling with kids  and tesco is situated next to hotel which was very convenient for us . staff was good and helpful.

The hotel manager waj was great helped me re book a room for today I also complained about council rough looking guests standing at the entrance of hotel smoking , waj toke it on board and told the council guests there is a new smoking area round the corner which was away from hotel thats what I call great customer service and someone who cares very much thank you young man.

This was a short but sweet stay! 
Wonderful friendly staff, very attentive and very polite! 
We  never stayed in a travellodge  before but with not much choice in DORKİNG we did try it! 
Will surely stay again!

Short but sweet

Was concerned after reading previous reviews however was pleasantly surprised. The saying don't judge a book by its cover feels like a perfect way to describe this travelodge. Outside is very old and falling apart, timber fallen off in places so looks like the Travelodge that Travelodge has forgot. Inside completely a different story. Clean, warm and very nice and helpful ladies on the reception. Room clean and warm but rooms again dated and need some updating. 
Definitely would stay again but can see why people are put off, if you can get passed the old exterior you to will be pleasantly surprised. 
I say give it a go.

Usual Travelodge - the rationale for booking with Travelodge has reduced for me recently, on many occasions their prices are, frankly, exorbitant. Often a 4 star plus hotel (Leonardo's, Ibis, Hilton etc.) is much lower cost. Quite how their business model considers charging £150 plus for a room to be a good idea is beyond me - anyone unfamiliar with Travelodge would be extremely disappointed to check in and discover a budget hotel charging such room rates

Just about good value, slightly too expensive for this standard of hotel

The beds are really comfy. Obviously the ambience is budget, but really good value with super friendly staff and handy locations. The bed linen is crisp and you get a good, hot shower. What more can you ask for? I’ve stayed in more expensive places, but all you get is nicer toiletries and biscuits - not worth the money.
