What an impressive first time visit. I visit clacton on business regularly . I’d asked for a quiet room , they allocated one on the side of the house , it had double glazed windows and was indeed a quiet stay. The room suited my activities perfectly , they was a table by the window so I sat comfortably with a mug of tea and finished my work . There is a port either side of the bed to charge your devices and a sidelight . The room was spotlessly clean and looked recently decorated . Bed was cozy and there was plentiful hot water from the shower . There is no cooked breakfast , but the room has everything to make light breakfast and includes fresh bread, yoghurt , milk and fruit is supplied . They have five parking places on the frontage and a number of free to park spaces on the road . Only 5mins from pubs and shops and 100 m from the beach . A superb visit

Superb location and Imaculate room

A great guest house everything you need at the bottom of the road is the beach very close to shops and a great theatre local. Would differently recommend. Had toaster, kettle,fridge tea and coffee and milk. On suite with toliet and shower very clean. And TV in room.

Great stay

Simple, clean, comfortable. Room with microwave oven, fridge, toaster. Perfect provided continental breakfast. Ensuite shower room. Parking. 5 minutes walk from the sea front. Ten minutes from the attractions. Perfect. Nice people too. Highly recommended. Stay here.

Easy going home from home.

Excellent very friendly and helpful good breakfast left in our room, very clean comfortable room, fresh towels and linen, had a microwave, tea coffee making, fridge. Plenty cupboard space, en suite shower, really enjoyed our stay very well looked after will definitely return.

The host were amazing nothing was to much trouble. You couldn't fault the cleanliness, rooms were cleaned and restocked every day. Ideally positioned just a few minutes walk to the restaurants shops and pier. Parking outside the property was a great help. I would definitely recommend the b&b 

Family time

A very clean guest house. We stayed in a family room with off street packing. Hosts very friendly and room clean. Breakfast in the room, cereals, fruit, yogurts, toasts, jams, butters etc. Well equipped bedroom, tea & coffee making facilities, toaster, microwave. Very close to the beach, probably 5 minutes. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Short two day stay

Wonderful room with plenty of facilities and was very clean and very bright and airy. Staff very friendly and helpful food and refreshments freshly topped up every day. Just far enough away from the front (although you could see the sea from the premises) so as not to have a lot of noisy people going pass your window.

Great fantastic place.

Perfect little stay in Clacton. Walking distance to all attractions, beach and city centre. Room was extremely clean and tidy. All needed facilities including parking in front of the property, peace of mind 😁 Breakfast was lovely, plenty to choose from. We have arrived over and hour earlier than requested check in time, but our host let us to the room as it was all ready to use.  Very happy with early check in because we have travelled long way so been pleased to get change and freshen up earlier than we have expected. Fantastic stay! 10 out of 10

Excellent stay

Came in as a bit of a last minute emergency, Paul was ever so helpful on arrival and sorted my room super quickly as I said it was everything very last minute. The room I had was very spacious, clean , nice telly , and it had everything you could ask for , a little dining table there’s cutlery, toaster, microwave, kettle, and small fridge with milk, juice , cheese , butter, jam and a bowl of fruit . When I  went out the next for a few chores I had to do when I came back my room was tidied up , had fresh towels and it felt as if it was brand new if that makes sense later that night ordered a takeaway and Sophie very kindly borrowed me a big plate so I could have my dinner in my room . This guest house has everything you could ask for is very close to the centre , beach and pier and the price is very fair for what you get, totally recommend and for sure I will be coming back !
