Receptionist very helpful

What was bad

Disappointed check in - told they hadn’t got my booking on there computer. Showed my confirmation reception then found me a room. On entry the room had a odd smell l believed that was due to carpet being wet, and room a double Not twin as booked. Receptionist kindly found me a family room with double and sofa bed. Not ideal but better. Staff making sofa bed struggled to find bedding but eventually managed to locate some. On moving the sofa it was clear to see it hadn’t been hoovered in a while along broken loo seat and bath panel. So exhausted due to travelling I couldn’t be bothered the complain anymore so accepted housekeeping issues.
