We had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights to attend a wedding. Cant rate this guest house highly enough. Beautiful decor and so clean. Joyce was the perfect host and made us very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back

Our Stay at Burlington house

Just had a lovely nights sty here. 
Joyce is  very  welcoming host, nothing is too much trouble. Personal touch really does make all the difference.
Comfortable bed, immaculate bathroom  and towels, nicely decorated throughout. 
Breakfast consists of lovely fresh fruit and cereal etc and cooked breakfast to order. 
We will most certainly stay here again when visiting Cheltenham.

Delightful B & B

Lovely guest house! Our room was really nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. 
Joyce welcomed us on our arrival, and it was lovely chatting to her during our visit which added to our stay and made it much more personable. (You wouldn’t get that at any of the big hotels near by that are a similar price)
Our breakfast in the morning was perfect, with good quality produce. 
Location was perfect for us. Close off the M5, near the wedding venue and only took us 25mins to walk to town centre. 
If we are ever in Cheltenham again, we will definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to friends and family.

My daughter originally booked for us to stay here last year for the Balloon Festival which was sadly postponed due to Covid. We did however decide to rebook again this year. Unfortunately the Balloon Festival was postponed once again but we kept our booking.
From the minute we arrived Joyce was the perfect host. Our room was a large family room, it was extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated.
A continental breakfast was provided each morning which exceeded our expectations.
The guest house is ideally situated close to a bus stop enabling an easy journey into Cheltenham itself so we didn’t use the car during our stay.
We would definitely recommend staying here.

Superb Accommodation

Booked for one night via booking .com. Joyce contacted us the day before to confirm what time we would be arriving, so she would be sure to greet us. When we arrived a warm welcome and Joyce was immediately on first name terms with us. The room was very clean and had all we needed, bathroom was seperate but exclusively ours. Breakfast was cooked to order so could choose exactly  what we wanted, all very tasty. Hotel is small and very friendly and just what we wanted, thank you Joyce.

Lovely one night stay

We chose this charming Guest House because They had a room with 3 beds so we could all hang out together. We were not disappointed; the room and bathroom with shower were immaculate and we had access to another bathroom with a bath too. Good size TV and tea and coffee in the room as well. The breakfast was delicious, cooked to order with cereal and fruit while you wait. To top it off our host was kind and helpful and recommended some lovely places for cocktails and dinner!

Friends Reunion

Joyce runs a wonderful B&B.  She is a very gracious host and prepares your breakfast as you like it.  The room I had was very spacious, well-equipped and well-appointed.  There’s no curfew, so go ahead and discover all that Cheltenham has to offer.

Lovely stay

Ideally situated on the outskirts of Cheltenham. You can either walk in (1.2 miles ) or get the bus which are every 10 minutes. Very warm welcome from Joyce who also provided a wonderful breakfast. The room was nice and comfortable.

Great place to stay on our first visit to Cheltenham.

Our 3rd time at Burlington house, spotlessly clean and fantastic breakfast. Joyce is a wonderful host and a lovely lady. We will be back . Great location, easy stroll into town .plenty of restaurants and great shops 

Great stay

A warm welcome from Joyce made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. Nice cozy room (if a little cramped), great shower. Immaculate. The cooked breakfast one one of the best that I've ever had. 
A pleasant 20 minute walk into the town centre or there are bus stops on both sides of the Gloucester Road for a fast journey into town. Buses run every 10 minutes or so. Good parking space on the drive. We shall return!
