Absolutely fantastic stay.  The room was lovely  and clean. Very soft bed definitely value for money. At Boreham, the night receptionist was Harry... what a wonderful,  helpful,  caring young man. An absolute credit to the company. I will definitely stay again as we're were travelling in and out of London while attending hospital appointments.

The room was clean, comfortable and large enough for the three of us as we were attending a family wedding. The price was good. The staff were fantastic. Reception helpful welcoming efficient, restaurant staff bubbly warm welcoming efficient and the chef and breakfast and pastries were excellent. Nice one ouch was the rapport between the cleaners and the reception which showed how much they work as a team and want you to have a great visit. Highly recommended

Family wedding at Channels.Lodge

I recently spent just the one night in this establishment, over the course if the duration, I dealt four members of the team. I'm a guy that never bothers writing reviews, but the service was so impeccable and outstanding with every team member, I had the pleasure to meet the manager Nadhira, it was then obvious where the standard of service derives from. A well oiled engine, and a breath of fresh air. Thank you guys.

Outstanding service

Clean and comfy family room. Thank you to Jo & Jasmine who looked after us at breakfast. Great, friendly service and very attentive! 

Wouldn’t hesitate in booking at Boreham Premier Inn again. Perfect location for accessing the A12 and where we needed to be!

Lovely stay

Great stay at the hotel - good size room, very clean, quiet & comfortable bed. 

Breakfast was freshly cooked and the staff Jasmine & the lady chef both  very friendly & helpful

The chef kindly advised us to go to  Papermill lock & little Badow as we wanted a close walk

A great stay & friendly staff

I stayed here for one night while on business in the area and was impressed. Check-in was efficient and friendly, the room clean and comfortable and the breakfast offering very enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again when in the Chelmsford area.

Excellent Business Stay

The Premier Inn has always been our first choice to stop at when going away. At this particular one, we were not very impressed with the breakfast area. As it's a big hotel, the breakfast room was small compared to others we've been to. Staff were doing the best they could, as we could see they were stressed out, but kept calm under pressure,  due to short-staffed. There was only one chef preparing the food, waiting time was about 10 - 15mins for a cooked breakfast, and the queue was long as it was a help yourself. Choices not as varied as other PI. Overall staff went out of their way and did their best for their guests. Will we go back there in the future? Definitely yes.

Very friendly , welcoming and accommodating

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovely, nicely cooked and hot with a good selection of food. The location of the hotel is good with good access to local venues.

A very convenient location for various family members to meet and celebrate at Christmas. We are regular Premier Inn customers, so appreciated the new toiletries provided. We will hopefully stay again next year.

Central location

Great budget stay.  Spacious rooms and friendly staff.  Too warm at night but we did know there was. no air con before we booked.
