Really nice to walk into a hotel where staff have a little time to talk to you (ok it was dead but still not the point.). Service was good, food was as it is in a premier inn but a shout out to Oliver and Debbie who double checked I had the meal deal and were just darn nice throughout my stay.

Above average stay :)

I loved the breakfast and dinner food at the restaurant and would say that was highlight of my stay. Premier inn Brighton city centre is a very good option for a budget hotel and my stay there was comfortable and cheap. Service was also on point, staff was polite and went out of the way to made me happy.

Great service

The hotel is quite nice and the ambience is good. I got help and a nice chat with the staff about exploring the city along with couple other things. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel rates are comparable to other options available in the city.

Good experience

I had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Brighton City Centre. The location is excellent, close to all major attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special mention to Jiya for her exceptional breakfast service; she made our mornings delightful with her warm hospitality and attention to detail. Gino at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our check-in smooth and welcoming. Overall, a highly recommended stay with lovely staff and great amenities. Will definitely return!

Outstanding service and exceptionally friendly staff

Had a fantastic stay with family! The staff were super friendly, rooms were spotless, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely coming back next time! Had a super fun time in the city and the hotel.

Good Service

We all know what to expect from a premier inn as they are all pretty much the same but the team here were very friendly and smiling and we had a comfortable nights sleep! Easy transport near by for getting around. 

It’s a premier inn 

We had already booked Christmas Day lunch at a pub near Lewes and because there is no public transport on the day we had to stay 2 nights in a hotel.  We chose Premier Inn because of its reliability & location. We also stay at their Gatwick hotel when taking early morning flights. We feel that our stay lives up to the advertising. It offers good value for money is clean and comfortable.  We will stay there again. 

Christmas in Brighton

Really nice clean hotel with large bathrooms and light airy rooms. The staff make this hotel great, they really go above and beyond to help and make you feel comfortable and happy. My daughter has allergies and the staff at breakfast were really good and helpful. 

Great clean hotel

We visited during Half Term, and it was as busy as we expedted.Very central location in need of updating.
We slept badly on the first night as we had a noisy neighbour, and the room was quite small for two adults and a 15 Yr old however,the staff were great and moved us to a quieter and bigger room which was great considering it was Half Term and I can imagine most rooms were booked up.
All the staff we came across were helpful and kind, particularly when we left a laptop in the old room and housekeeping  brought it up to us


Helpful staff

Totally amazing value for money check inn spot on. Clean tidy the room was as per normal amazing. The breakfast in the morning was brilliant the cutlery was clean the dinning area was clean the food was top class. The staff were bit shot handed but did not stop the flow of professionalism. One major bad point on floor 3 we’re we were staying the door didn’t shut properly in witch people from the outside could brake into your room major issues there was mentioned not fixed while we were there. Anyway maybe a sign on the door highlighting please shut would be brilliant lol before I forget to mention the location is brilliant the shops IE H&M ZARA PRIMARK all within 1 minute
