What was good

The loacation was perfect. Great views from our window. Good selection for breakfast.

What was bad

We was on the 4th floor with no lift working. The staff weren’t too friendly, we had no phone (not that we needed it). We was woken up at 1.30 am by an alarm of some sort in the room, which was a horrific shrieking noise. And I asked if I could have the room till about 12.30 as I was running the Half Marathon that day, but was told I could have it till 12, which meant I had to run back from the finish line so I could have a bath.
