The warmest and friendliest welcome from people, who couldn`t do enough for us.  Really good location with great off street parking, as well as their own private spaces to the rear of the property.  Highlight was the warm and jovial Kenny and Laura who served us during breakfast; and what a breakfast!  Locally procured bacon and sausages from local butchers and the most golden, free range eggs.  We will definitely recommend to anyone, and WILL BE BACK!  Thank you 

Upon arrival the staff service was so helpful and genuinely wanted to give a good experience for me and my family. The bathroom was modern and clean aswell as the bedroom, it’s based in a lush location with pen-y-fan on the doorstep. Lovely fresh produce in the mornings at breakfast. 10/10

Can not recommend Beacons Guesthouse enough. Rooms are so homely and Breakfast was amazing, lovely and hot and locally sourced ingredients! Staff were all super friendly and service was fab. Never been to Brecon before and will be sure to book again! 

Beautiful B&B, whole place is spotless and smells so fresh and clean. I have the double room with ensuite and it's lovely; nicely decorated, well equipped, quiet and the bed and pillows are top quality and very comfortable.
Neil is so friendly and helpful, he really goes above and beyond the normal standard of service.
Highly recommended.

An excellent guest house in a perfect position in the town it even has its own secure car park at the rear.
We were greeted by the owner and given the rules and information required due to COVID in a cheerful manner and shown to our room. 
The room was lovely and absolutely spotless infact it was so clean the bathroom looked brand new. 
The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well.
We had such a great stay that I have no problem recommending this guest house to others as we will definitely be back.

Stayed at Beacons Guesthouse for two nights. Lovely old 300 year old guesthouse, room with plenty of character and the shower fabulous. Couldn’t have a cooked breakfast due to COVID but this was explained beforehand and a reduction on the cost of the room made, but we were given fruit, cereal bars, chocolate brownies, biscuits, fresh fruit juice and coffee. Francessa as a host was lovely and helpful recommended a curry place in town Zeera and it was delicious. Thanks I would definitely return.

Stayed in Brecon for family and hiking and stayed at Beacons for 4 nights and had no issues at all, literally minutes away from town.
Had a room with our own shower room and toilet, bed was comfy and the rooms were clean and tidy.
We had breakfast every morning delivered to the door due to Covid-19 and it was spot on.
There's free WiFi, in your room a TV, hairdryer, kettle with some Welsh teabags, coffee ect.. Outside in the hallway there is an ironing board with an iron for people to use.
The people that run the place were very helpful and friendly, thank you for our excellent stay. 

Booked two twin rooms next to each other on top floor, couldn’t fault this place - quirky B&B with wood beams, very clean we had a shared bathroom but that was fine, great central location and large free car park - breakfast was lovely and the owners are very friendly. 
Overall this place is excellent value for money and will definitely return, thanks for a lovely stay!

Helpful and welcoming staff. Beautifully presented room which was immaculately clean. Just a short walk over the bridge into town for pubs and restaurants. Near to breathtaking scenery and enjoyable walks. 
Lots of different options at breakfast and cooked breakfast of excellent quality. 

Super guest house with really helpful owners. Our room was comfortable and clean and having advised on check in that we were vegan, we were offered a delicious vegan breakfast, soya milk, dairy free spread etc. There was ample free parking behind the guest house and Brecon town centre is just a short walk away. We would definitely stay again and recommend it.
