Steven was amazing! Friendly and helpful :) only downside was signposting to the hotel, nearly ended up going though the tunnel! lol might just be my driving tho

Lovey staff

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Not only was the staff incredibly rude and unhelpful they forced us to pay another £120 on top of our £300 rooms open arrival. The incredibly rude and hostel hotel staff Toni and Julie had a problem with us from the moment we set foot in the lobby. We booked a 4 person room for 4 and another 3 person room for the other 3. We had travelled 4 hours from London to Liverpool for the first time and rather being inviting and helpful Toni and Julie set out to make it the most uncomfortable experience ever. They would not let us check into our rooms until we payed another £120 on top of what we had already paid. The rooms that we was forced to buy was disgusting there was pubic hair everywhere in our bathrooms and dirt smeared up the walls. The heaters in all three rooms were broke and we froze all night long. When we arrived back to the hotel at 11pm we were stopped from coming into the hotel until they could prove that we were staying here even though they had made us wait over an hour to argue with us until we payed to check when we arrived. In the morning when we went to go complain Julie and another man was there we tried to complain but they just ignored us and was incredibly dismissive and did not seem to care about the state of there hotel. After them ignoring us the tall man began to scream and shout for us to leave for trying to complain. This is signal handedly the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I would like to warn anyone who would want to stay here to save there money and book another hotel it’s not work the money one bit. Toni and Julie should not be working front desk greeting people as these are the most horrible ignorant and rude hotel staff I have ever met. No one should be treat how we was when we first arrived.

Pretty standard Premier Inn Experience. Caitlyn was fantastic, really attentive, friendly and helpful throughout the weeklong stay.
Toni however seemed to have a hostile attitude every time I interacted with her… stark contrast to the rest of the team.

Decent Premier Inn

We decided to stay over night before catching the morning ferry to Belfast. Such a warm welcome after a 4hr drive from Oxford. Staff at this hotel truly make it a great experience. Room really clean and cosy everything you need. Such a great price I will be definitely using again and less than ten minute drive from the ferry perfect! And only £5 overnight parking! Thank you to all the staff!

Fabulous value for the price!

Premier was great as usual .You know what your going to get.Room was nice and clean and bath and shower were lovely.Hot water .staff were very friendly.only disappointment was the cooked breakfast was slightly warm ,beans and scrambled egg was cold.

Pleasent stay

I stay with premier inn weekly across the UK due to working on the road. My wife decided to join me this week and we stayed at this venue. The staff made our night, we couldn't ask for better service, always smiling, friendly and go out of thier way to make your stay the best. (Especially stacey). The rooms are lovely and clean and modern. Food was lovely and quickly prepared, comfy beds and great shower. Also parking was onsite so all in all a really enjoyable stay.

Best premier inn yet!!!

Friendly few staff. Shame about the rest. Nothing exciting or interesting about this hotel.
Ok if youre not spending any time there.
Shower gels need to be re-filled naturally when cleaning rooms. But they are not.



Average. Basic kitchen. No bar. Kitchen closes early if quiet!!

Had a great stay for family event   would highly recommend. Staff were brilliant. Very friendly with a very warm welcome. Rooms were v clean. Couldn’t fault it   Will return as it was a very enjoyable stay 

Great hotel  staff fantastic

The overall experience was good  for me. I would have like to have room with a window that can be open but didn't mind because it was just for one night sleep for my next morning ferry. 
The room was very clean and tidy. Good staff 

Good Experince

This is the second time we have stayed here. The welcome is always super friendly and the rooms are perfect. Just a 5 min walk to the train station and one stop to central Liverpool. We have stayed in a number of Liverpool hotels in the £100-£180 prive bracket and none have been better than this one.
