Stayed here in Feb 24, as we were meeting family in Bewdley - what a really lovely hotel (we were not here for the golf or its facilities). Brilliantly priced and excellent value for money. Staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was immaculate and very well appointed. Bed was super comfortable, and what was nice touch, the tea/coffee facility in the room was a really good standard (not the cheap undrinkable stuff!).  Iron & ironing board in room, large tv. We would absolutely stay here again. Really nice stay.

The next morning we decided to have breakfast there. Again, very nice full English - everything was well cooked, tasty and plenty of it, overlooking the beautiful golf course.

Would most defiantly recommend staying.

Immaculate rooms, brilliant value for money, great stay

We held a Life Celebration for my father at Wharton Park following his funeral. Around 70 guests joined us and we used the main function room which has wonderful views out onto the terrace and the golf course. The Wharton Park team, led by Josh on the day, did a fantastic job for us. The buffet was excellent and catered for various dietary restrictions - everyone had plenty to eat and there were lots of positive comments. My father would have loved the freshly bakes scones with clotted cream and jam! The room was laid out perfectly and meant everyone was able to move around easily, chat and share memories of my father. The staff were wonderfully respectful and could not have been more helpful on what was a difficult and emotional day for the family. Many thanks from us all to Josh, Elise and the team.   

Life Celebration

Organised a small event at this venue. They were prompt and friendly in my initial inquiries and on the day the room was set up and welcoming and the sit down lunch was delicious, hot and more than enough. Well done.

Visited Wharton Park on 2nd Feb for afternoon tea with my invalid husband and daughter.  Absolutely outstanding.  Tge food was delicious and the service impeccable.  I was so full I could not eat dinner that night. Everything was just lovely

I took my mother in law here this afternoon with her friend for afternoon tea and it was the best we have ever had any where. Exceptional food and service and Stuey looked after us brilliantly. We will be back. Great decor and lovely views too

Best afternoon tea EVER

Excellent food and service for a Christmas lunch for 24. The standard of food was very good. The staff were very friendly and efficient and my party all had a great time. We had the dining area to ourselves and didn’t feel rushed to leave after the meal We will be back next year !

Great Christmas lunch

Fabulous Christmas Day lunch. Everything was wonderful and plentiful. Complimentary arrival drinks, either beer, Prosecco or orange juice. Five courses to include a choice of starters, champagne sorbet, main, dessert, cheese and biscuits, coffee/tea and mince pies. Pre orders were required in advance and everything was perfect. Service was first class with everyone’s meals arriving all together, piping hot and very generous portions indeed. Good quality meat and vegetables with plenty of gluten free options. I’m coeliac and I was well looked after. Big tip for the staff was the least we could do, everyone throughly enjoyed the day. Highly recommend, we will be booking again. And no washing up! The wine, with a few choices was reasonably priced too.

Excellent Christmas 🎅 Lunch.

We recently had the opportunity stay at Wharton park.  The Golf Course and Country Club is in a nice location, the outlook from the rooms is very picturesque and the rooms cozy and very nice.
 
What really made our stay memorable was the staff Jason who looked after us in the bar area was just awesome his service excellent and he took the time to listen and talk to us and make us feel welcome and yes Jason I did enjoy the Bass (we do not get it here in Melbourne).

Andy the Chef, well outstanding food from breakfast to evening meals, thank you so much.

They even arranged it to snow and we do not see snow in Melbourne.

Awesome highly recommended.

Nice location and awesome staff

Me and Hubby stayed in the hotel for 3 nights over the weekend, as we wanted to visit some places of interest near by especially the Severn valley railway.
We was well looked after by all the staff on duty, they were all very friendly and helpful especially Stewart. 
Our room was at the top in the attic but very spacious and very clean, nice and bright, it had a very big walk in shower, kettle for tea coffee,  iron and ironing board, plenty of hanging space, nice large t.v. 
The breakfast was lovely and well cooked the poached eggs are really nice.
There's cereals and fruit juice as well.
We went to the Allo Allo evening on Saturday we had three couses and the food was outstanding,
We had a really lovely evening.
Just want to say thank you to all the staff at Wharton park for making our weekend special.

Lovely weekend break 

5 ladies enjoyed afternoon tea.  The sandwiches were bumptious and varied, the cakes were so tasty and they even did a plate of fruit for one lady who couldnt for health reasons eat sugary foods. They even provided packages to take away any food that was left.  The service provided by their staff was excellent.  Well worth a visit.  The best afternoon tea we have enjoyed,
