Great apartment for a very good and honest price! Super comfortable, spacious and clean. The location is the best. Middle of the center so you do not need a car. Great outdoors as well on just a few minutes walk. We will come back!

Best location thinkable!

The accommodation is centrally located near Pulteney Bridge.
The check-in procedure was excellent; my wife and I arrived early and the accommodation was ready for us, which was a great plus point.
The accommodation is spacious and we were very comfortable during our stay.
The shower was one of the best we’ve used at a rental property/ hotel.
The wifi was excellent as was having the use of a smart TV.

The bedroom would have benefited from having some sockets on either side of the bed.

Ideal appartment in a central location

A great location to explore Bath, 10 minutes walk to all local sites and restaurants etc. Well appointed and clean apartment with everything you need (Note - no full cooking facility).

Great place to stay to explore Bath.

You really could not be any closer to the best that Bath has to offer. Two minutes brings you to Poultney Bridge and the iconic weir. On street parking right outside and a parking permit provided. We parked up Sunday afternoon and the car did not move again until we left on Wednesday. Everything you want to see in Bath is within walking distance.
We stayed in Apt 2 on 2nd floor with huge sash windows giving city views. It was a perfect home from home - in fact I wanted to take the shower room home with me, it was superb. Everything else was great too, v.comfy bed, great kitchen and spacious lounge. Would recommend without hesitation.
You should tie in a visit to Wells for the cathedral and bishops palace - well worth it.

Great Apartment - Superb Location - Excellent Value

I cannot praise this establishment enough. Due to Covid-19, they kept me updated all week on how Bath was coping. Offered free cancellation, let me admend booking from 2 nights to 1 night the day of arrival. He was so helpful and professional. On arrival the apartment was lovely, clean, very modern and top class fixtures and fittings. Under floor heating in bathroom, Bed was so comfortable. Apartment very central, just a 2 minute walk to centre of city, We were only sorry that due to pubs and restaurants closing and COVID 19 we couldn’t stay longer. We will definitely be back once back to normality.

Excellent

The department is nearly downtown, with all the facilities of a house, we felt like home. It is quiet, warm, cute, really clean and tidy! If we ever again visit Bath, we 'd stay there for sure. Tony, the owner, is very pleasant and kind, we were happy to meet him.

Great place to stay, close to city centre, excellent facilities, clean and tidy, could not fault all bedding and towels supplied. Good welcome and parking permit as well. Know where to stay next time in Bath.

Bath Christmas market trip.

Location: strongest selling point. 5 minutes walk to practically everywhere in central Bath yet its location on Grove Street meant it was quiet. Plenty of nearby facilities including a corner shop, pubs, restaurants and Waitrose very close by.  Area felt very safe at night. 
Parking: On street parking in Zone 1 with a free parking permit provided by the owner. We were able to park close to the apartment and had the joy of leaving it there untroubled for 3 nights. Very flexible approach by the owner who let us use the permit on our departure day providing we returned it in time for the next guests, very much appreciated.
Accommodation: Very good standard and felt homely. It is nice to have a place where we could have an unhurried breakfast and where we could stay in on an evening if we wanted. Kitchen/lounge contained a microwave, breakfast bar, toaster, coffee making machine, flat screen tv. Large bedroom with very comfortable bed. Further TV screen in this room. Huge bathroom, state of the art shower, nice toiletries and underfloor heating. 
Host: Contacted us before our arrival date so we were able to check in with some confidence. Video door bell is very useful. Entry to the building is via combination and the electronic door key for our apartment was on he apartment door. Very welcoming host who ensured we had everything we wanted. 

Would definitely go back.

Ideal for Christmas Markets

A beautiful, quaint and inviting apartment with everything you need to enjoy a few days in this great location.  Just off the Main Street, you can easily walk to shops, pub, cafes and restaurants.  Our host was friendly and gave us a very warm welcome, made sure we had everything we needed, gave us some local tips and made sure our stay would be great.
The accommodation it’s self was spacious, the bed was large and very comfortable.  The bathroom facilities very modern and there was plenty of hot water.  Kitchenette had everything we needed.  Overall a great place to base yourself for a visit to Bath.  Would definitely recommend 10 Grove Street.

Do Yourself A Favour...

Simple flat had all that we needed, was very clean, ample room to move around; Great location, easy access to central Bath and we had no problem finding a parking space (owner provides permit).   Owners also very responsive to small problem in shower drain.. fixed immediately.   Owner were very kind and helpful.  Highly recommend
