Royal Milano Hotel

Spent two nights there and liked it enough to "stay in" on day two except for going to look at the Van Cats.  First night had dinner buffet and it was wonderful and breakfast equally good.  Clean and relatively quiet and staff very nice.  I would go back for sure.

That was a great hotel in Van city which I was enjoyed. Very polite person and also comfortable bed was amazing. Thanks for all. Location is so easy and near the city center. Breakfast was delicous. Hotel has got a clean sauna and funny disco. But most important things is very reliable

great i love ROYAL MILANO HOTEL.rooms are clean & big enough and personels are the best. prices are so good and cheap and location is nearby shopping and transfer station. I will select this hotel again. Hotel is like my home and personels is like my friends. I love you

Newly constructed hotel with clean environment.
Responsive personnel.
Location along main street is convenience for transportation in town.
Supermarkets are available near hotel for grocery.
Generally a good choice in exchange with the amount you pay for rental.

Good value for money

One of the worst hotels I have ever experienced.

Of course, I must say that the hotel has been renovated and the rooms and the hotel space are clean and new, but the hotel services are below zero.
The hotel elevator was constantly stopped and we had to go up and down the 5 floors.
The heating system in the room had problem and we had a hard time for two nights until they finally changed our room.
Unlike the weakest hotels, even daily cleaning is not done and after our protest they said that you have to request and our room was cleaned on the fourth day after much follow up.
And the reception's answer after my discomfort was that you can leave the hotel!

One of the worst hotels I have ever experienced

I stayed 2 nights here.
They located central area and dolmus terminal is just around the corner.
Room is not quite clean but I did not care about the cleanliness of here.
Staffs are very poor communication. A few staff is good, but mostly staffs were....
Always talk to me in Turkish with serious face.Sometimes felt they were very rude. overall I Felt so bad staying here.

中心街から近くまたドルムシュのターミナルが近くにあるのでロケーションは良かった。
部屋も決して掃除が行き届いた清潔さはないが問題なし。
ただ、ここのスタッフは英語が出来ないということ以上にコミュニケーションする気がなく、外国人として非常に不快だった。
チェックイン時も確実に予約があるにもかかわらず予約が無い出て行けのような対応をされ、その後も基本的に不快。時々親切なスタッフもいたが、基本関わりたく無いと思ったホテルは初めて。



not good experience 

I had a very bad experience staying at this hotel because

1. Bath and face towels were not only replaced but also reused from used towels from other rooms. I saw it several times and claimed but manager didn't care.the cleaning guy folded used and wet towels and put on beds

2.staff in breakfast room have very bad behavior to guest and bringing rest of foods on the buffet table.

3. Bath room was not clean and lots of germ were on tube.

4.other guests claimed for stollen valuable things from their rooms.
